8 Wonderful experience in store for purchasing a wallet as a gift. Wrapped with care and a gift receipt provided.
Store layout is lovely, allowing viewing of any products that are available.
Bought a wallet six months ago and the colour has faded off so much.
Went out to the Fitzroy store to show them as I was in the CBD today.
Website states the store closes at 6pm. 5.23pm and it was closed!

Absolutely amazing boutique with a wide range of Status Anxiety bags, purses, wallets. Amazing range of sunnies and more. The staff are helpful and know their stuff. Status Anxiety is a cult of its own. I just love the brand.
Neat little store, thanks to the sales assistant who was friendly and let me have a bit of a try on and play with a couple of bags and hats:) Love my SA bag and hope I can drop in again soon!

Big shout out to the amazing store manager! She opened up especially for me at the end of of the work day when I came peering through the window! She was so helpful and friendly. I purchased a bag in April this year and the leather has come apart exposing the plastic (see photos). This has never happened with another leather bag that I own. I feel quite disappointed and probably would not have paid $150 if I knew that the bag would only last 8 months, of occasional wear. I have an older large status anxiety bag which I wear every day to work and the leather is perfectly intact. Possibly the quality of the leather/craftsmanship has changed over the years. I would buy from a different brand next time as I'm not confident in the quality, for the price that you are paying.
Love this store and this brand! AJ is amazing and provides such fantastic customer service. She is so lovely, friendly and super helpful. All the products are beautiful and they are really high quality. Lilly the other staff member I've dealt with there is also lovely. A refreshing and positive experience for retail. Thank you gorgeous girls for making my visits to the store so amazing!
