Station Street Fish & Chips

Pretty sure they were the worst fish and chips I have ever had. It was very quiet, I was told 15minutes. Arrived in 14minutes, and it was like they had been sitting out for at least 10 minutes already. It was all horribly oily and soft. I have never seen a potato cake as floppy as jelly! And chips that were barely cooked and also soggy and soft!
I recommend you walk 30seconds down the road and get yourself decent fish and chips.

Ok fish and chips. Not the best in the area but not too bad. Seafood sticks were no good though and fish was on the small side.

Guys, what has happened to the sanctity of the local fish and chip joint?
Really? , I mean.really?
Firstly, we called 4 times before we left home but no one answered. Lovely.
Secondly, we ordered a veggie burger with cheese. What did we get? No cheese. Cool man.
Thirdly, we ordered chips with salt and vinegar. Pretty well felt like we were eating chopped up bits of cardboard. They must have either run out of both, or are very worried about the economy, because there was probably 3 grains of salt on these bad boys. Amazing.
And lastly, I got a beef burger that has scared me straight, and I'll be eating salad from here on.
People, have a second thought, that's all I'll say.

Best chips I've had in a long while. Crunchy, hot and salted perfectly so it melted into oil. Just delicious

One of the better fish and chips in the area. Great value yummy food. What more can you ask from a fish and chippery?

We get our Fish and Chips from here every Friday night. The staff are all very nice and the food is cooked very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Fairly average fish and chips and burgers. The hot jam donuts are pretty good. Service is good. Range of menu options, particularly preset meal packages is good.
