35I was in a bit of a situation and needed something on short notice. Despite arriving just before closing the staff went above and beyond to help out and were able to get it sorted which was much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I'd have no issues recommending this supplier to others. Thanks again guys - please pass on my appreciation to the staff.
Visited Statewide shop and chose a chair from what was on display, for my elderly Auntie. So paid for the chair and they were getting a new chair from the back of shop for me. The new chair that came out and had an obvious fault and they had no other new chairs, so I asked for my money back. They refused to refund me and they said they would get one in for me, but in the meantime loan't me a second hand hire chair till my new one came in. Since then all my calls to get the new chair over the last year have been ignored, as they haven't supplied a new chair and refuse to ring me back after leaving the owner Tim messages. So I have paid full price for a second hand chair. Sorry, but not good enough, will be taking this matter further, to higher authorities.
I spent a considerable amount of time here and was assisted by several staff who were incredibly helpful and friendly. When trialing the recliner chairs, Kevin Darling spent time assisting me and my mother which was much appreciated. Based on my experience on this day l would recommend shopping here.

My mother was discharged from rehab hospital located in the Northwest of Melbourne.
The Occupational Therapist had ordered a shower chair on hire from Statewide.
This was delivered to the hospital free of charge, for my mother to take home.
I received a phone call from Statewide to “onboard” my mother’ into their system. This call was very helpful as up until then, I really had no idea where the equipment had come from.
The young lady introduced Statewide to me, opened the account, explained the hire rates, return process, and gave me point of reference moving forward.
The shower chair proved to be an absolute game-changer for my mother's daily routine, providing her with the necessary support and safety. It quickly became clear that we couldn't imagine life without it, so we decided to purchase it outright.
I rang Statewide a week later. Again, they were extremely helpful. The retail price was quite reasonable, and I was amazed that they further reduced the price, considering the 2 weeks of hire I had already paid.
In addition to the shower chair, I had an inquiry about a hospital bed, and the team at Statewide were able to assist me. They connected me with a knowledgeable product specialist who not only answered all my questions, but he also emailed me further information, for me to discuss with our Occupational Therapist.
I am incredibly grateful to Statewide Home Health Care for their exceptional service, from the initial delivery to the final purchase. Every interaction has been seamless and well thought out. It clearly demonstrated their understanding of their clients’ needs and the importance of going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

I just wanted to thank the Statewide Home Health Care team for the assistance when I came into the shop looking for a mobility aid for my grandmother.
The team was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all my questions and guide me on what options I had. They helped me organise what we needed with attention and care and made what was an overwhelming process easy.
Will definitely be back if we need anything further in the future.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on June 11th. No contact from Statewide Home Healthcare regarding my order. Followed up with two emails over the past 12 days querying whether item had been shipped with no response. Phone Statewide Home Healthcare today to be told that my order had been processed June 13th and the item I had purchased was out of stock with no ETA known. I had not been contacted via my email or telephone details which they were provided with at time of ordering so this had not been communicated to me.
Very poor communication, no follow up in almost 2 weeks from ordering and no response to my emails.
Poor form when you are in the business of providing valuable resources which make a big difference to people in need when they don't make contact with a customer who would then make the purchase elsewhere.
The people at Statewide were helpful and kind in finding my mother the right hospital bed for her situation, delivery and pickup were fast. And many thanks for wishing my family the best through rehabilitation and keeping in contact.
Had some equipment delivered recently. All went without a hitch. Easy to order, clear and regular communication, prompt delivery (thank you to the delivery driver for bringing the chairs upstairs). Highly recommend!
The team at SHHC has demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism and customer service. I found the staff extremely understanding and accommodating special needs during my purchase. Next time I am looking for any equipment for my mother I will go straight back to them without any hesitation.

I went into the store this morning looking for a wheelchair for my father. I was assisted by Claire who was absolutely wonderful! Claire listened, and even at times when I knew I wasn't making sense, she was patient and helpful. Outstanding service Claire! Rory, Angela and the team provided us with interstate support (which they don't usually do) due to the urgency of our situation and lack of other supplies in our state. Their communication was excellent, and service always professional. As a coordinator of disability supports I would recommend them as a highly knowledgable and supportive supplier.
I recently visited the store to rent some toilet equipment for my sick father in law. The store staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. They made the whole experience very easy for me and showed me other equipment that may be useful for him in the near future. Thank you.
In the last 2 months I have needed assistance from Statewide.once for my son and now for myself. In both instances, the staff in store and then again over the phone, were really helpful in providing advice regarding the product that we needed. I would definitely recommend their services.

My son had surgery on his knee and needed to be in crutches for 6 weeks. Following the surgery we organised crutches and other items that he would need to make life more comfortable after the surgery. We found the staff to be really knowledgeable and helpful and we found everything that they recommended very useful. High recommended and really happy we found them
