It has taken 22 days so far to get a parcel from Melbourne Airport to Whittlesea, despite so many phone calls and enquiries, and now advising another 7 days. 29 days so far. I could drive to the airport in 30 mins. Disgraceful company, disgraceful customer service.

It appears the courier company put in postcode and then didn't bother to select the correct suburb - twice! Consequently business parcels I had been waiting for went to local post office (without notification) and sat there for weeks. I was the recipient so did not have tracking number.

More like StarTrash. Don’t order anything from this joke of a mail service unless you want to wait 3 weeks for your package to be delivered 5km. Just don’t be lazy and pick it up from the store instead, these guys don’t deserve your service.

Next day delivery took over 4 weeks. Lodged an enquiry at some stage during then and was fobbed off with a copy and paste response. Nearly cried when my last purchase came up with StarTrack as the courier. Again it hasn't arrived when schedule d but I am not surprised. Service is the almost the worst I have experienced, second only to Telstra.

Their couriers always put my parcel somewhere else in the au post (maybe they are lazy or smth idk) they did not even buzz the apartment number or call. Worst.ever.

Slower than aus post express even when using star track express. Don’t bother. Aus post now giving ETA’s by text but their premium courier partner doesn’t?

They do not bother to ring the door and rather slip a paper for pickup or rescheduling!

The most careless courier company you’ll ever be unfortunate to have to use. Dropped off a $1k item carelessly at the wrong address. I had to drive around the neighborhood after checking the picture that was taken of where it was left, luckily found the house it was left at and retrieve it myself. Was the wrong street after all even though the CORRECT address was on the parcel. AusPost should drop your scum of a company.

The most rude and unprofessional people. Please, do not pay extra money for this service as it is not worth it! I called to ask for information and the person on the phone was extremely rude and hang up the phone.

Such a frustrating experience trying to receive packages from this delivery service. No live notifications, on board for delivery supposedly 10 minutes before missed delivery. Spoke with customer service, they are very nice, asked if they would come this day. No, they would try redelivering the next day. I leave the house, half an hour later I check the tracking page which you have to constantly refresh, missed the delivery again. Called customer service again, answer is we don’t know what happened. Please, online retailers, do not use Startrack for delivery. This is 5 days for an express delivery and I still don’t have the package.

This has to be the company most likely to win a shonky award for 2021. No estimated ETA, no attempt to contact recipient, no attempt to leave at nearest post office and a patronising customer service recording which clearly indicates that they are expecting to deal with frustrated and angry customers. If you have any option, have nothing to do with them.

Terrible service, get text saying parcel is arriving it didnt until the next day. Also the parcel required a signature however the driver just left it on front step. DO NOT USE!

My parcel is gone. I got a notification that it has arrived but not me nor anyone live in the house ever received it. When I asked them where it is, they gave me a GPS coordinates, and the coordinates weren't even where I live!

Worst delivery service. I tracked my parcel this morning, and it was showing it's out for delivery. So i was waiting for it. But it suddenly said unsuccessful delivery? No one rant the bell or called intercom or even contacted me. And I called service centre explaining what's happened. He was like all I need to do is to keep tracking the parcel until the driver drops it one of post office then I can collect it. Very good customer service. I wasn't surprised at him was not being helpful, but those delivery drivers never seem to have responsibility for people's parcel. It is not hard to contact people picking up their parcel unless there is any contact details. Come on!

Such a poor delivery service, they expect you to be at home all day to receive an item, they will bring the item back to their depot if I’m not at home at the time when they knock on my door, and refuses to leave it at nearest post office because the delivery service that’s used for my online shopping is “express”. If it’s express item, they can’t leave it at nearer post office.
By the ways it’s been 8days since I purchased this often online and apparently this is express delivery.
This whole things is joke. I have never had such an unprofessional deliverer in my life.

I have not had 1 package left at my house or received a card. They have all be taken straight to the post office without even coming to my house.

Useless. Telstra gave them the wrong address to send my phone to, unsurprisingly.
I called Startrack and told them not to deliver it and to hold it at the depot, and that the address is wrong. They said only Telstra can update the address. Startrack said that they would hold it at the depot for me, they didn't, and now my parcel is going to the wrong address.

Item sent to their dept that they signed for yet still have not received it 11 days later and nobody bothers to either get back to me or update me. Disgusting lack of effective customer service for a government statutory organization. Steer clear if you can.
