I brought my 2 years old twins in for their first hair cut. My girls were nervous and crying but with the help and expertise of the staff we ended up ha I g a very positive experience.

Not Happy as they always charge $40 for my Son's haircut. Kids do cry that doesn't mean that you will take long time appointment charges $$.
They do cut within 10-12mins n charge $40! Not Happy!

Great place for children haircut, have got car seats, ipads for playing videos, lollipop for kids. Very nice and cozy.

We went yesterday and my husband was wanting to be with my son for comfort measures (he hadn't had a hair cut in two years as was growing his hair out for a donation to the Alopecia Foundation) but was met with a hairdresser that said in a rushed manner "so just a hair cut yes? ". Hairdresser unaware that we also chose the wash and dry option. My husband felt uncomfortable and had asked me to step in instead. The hairdresser was very quiet and made my son quite tense which was very out of character for him. I had tried to do small talk with the hairdresser to relieve the tension but I was met with very short-quick answers. I do see that on the front window positions are being advertised, but using the one hairdresser for every single haircut that resulted in a backlog is going to create unwanted tension to the customers which the store need reminding, are adult based as we the parents, are the ones who are aware of the experience. We will not be returning here.

They have great setup for kids. Seats/chairs for haircut are like cars or big fancy chairs and dedicated iPads in a butterfly (different colours) for all the seats. On another side they have setup for mani/pedicures, Braiding. They also have a spa party packages, girls will love it they also have non chemical kids friendly accessories, play makeup, hair and body care products etc,
Hair cut are usually average to good. But many other good things there

I always use this service for my son. I already fell in love with them! Cute decorations, helpful, smiling and most importantly very patient staff give me relief every time I go there with my son. The hairdressers who serve us are real pros, calm and patient with kids. Also the lollies, cute car shape seats and balloons are amazing to make the naughty kids calm. Highly recommend.

Always go above and beyond to make sure my child is happy and comfortable throughout the appointment and excellent customer service.

My three year old hated haircuts after he had a bad first experience but we took him here for his second haircut and he LOVED it! They cater to the children so they're calm and enjoy the experience. The seats are car shaped and there's tablets that the kids can use to watch their favourite shows. Hairdressers are friendly and very talented. This is THE BEST place for kids haircuts!

So happy with the service. So good to see a guy in a salon dedicated to kids. He was so patient with my little man. Although my son is very shy and didn't show it, today was a great success.

Took my daughter for her first haircut today, and to get her nails painted, the staff were absolutely lovely and made her feel so special.highly recommend!

Did not liked the products they used. My daughters hair got so rough and dry. Also the quality of braid which was done in the package was below average. Sorry not visiting again.

Very professional and excellent staff. Had my son's first haircut at 12 months. They did a great job.

Could not recommend this salon more for kids cuts, styling and any hair advice or issues. My daughter has curly hair and came in with a matted mess. Jojo was amazing and was so gentle that my daughter was happy to sit there and get all the knots out and have a really good hair cut. She left the salon feeling amazing and this mumma got some great advice and products on how to better care for her hair and not get in that situation again. Thanks so much, we will be back!

Just had my daughter s 10th birthday party at this place. Every one was so happy and her friends told her this is the greatest party ever. Thanks for a great experience star kids.

Brilliant concept for kids. Haircut was okay. What really bothered me was the (lack of) customer service and management response when feedback was left. Walked in with my kids to the front counter that had a sign “please wait for assistance”. White lady (with blonde hair) was busy looking down at something (no idea what she was doing), so I waited. Stood there for a good 2-3 minutes, and she side eyed me once and looked back down, so obviously she knew I was standing there waiting for her to be done. But she completely ignored me. 1 more minute passes by, and another lady walks in with her kids. Right away, blonde chick looks up and greets/serves her. I felt like a complete fool standing there thinking I was being nice to wait for her to be done. Turns out, she was never actually busy doing anything. Just chose to (for whatever reason?) ignore me. I voiced my displeasure through feedback to the manager later on, and all she said was “thanks for your feedback. ” No apology, no course of action taken to make up for the lack of service and quite honestly, this could very well be a reflection of her own staff. I think customer service in any business is very important, more so when you are a physical store serving customers face-to-face. This bad experience I encountered from the beginning left a sour taste in my mouth and what ever followed after that, was sub-par. To the manager, you have a great business concept, but equip your staff with better customer service skills, especially if you’re going to put them right at the very front of the shop. At the same time, learn the art of apologising. It’s really not that hard to say “I’m sorry”.

Kids enjoy their haircut here. It's fun for them to sit in fancy cars and watch videos. Job gets done without any dramas.
