Starfish Early Learning Centre - Springvale

Extremely bad communication. They don’t listen to the parents and always thinking their staff are right. My little boy use to come home highly dehydrated, and never would eat. I would get told he’s only have eaten crackers. When I brought up to the management Anna, was extremely rude and smiled thinking she knew everything.

This childcare is very good place for kids. All staff members are very nice and great. My son Agam singh like this place very much. Education environment is very excellent. Thanks Anna director of this place and all staff members for carrying our son. Highly recommend.

I have sent 3 of my kids to Starfish in Springvale. My oldest has started prep this year so my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son are still at Starfish. I have only good things to say about this place and I honestly mean it. Anna the director is amazing! She is soo helpful in many ways. The Team at Starfish is incredible! I don't live too close in the area but this centre makes it worth the drive. The Team at Starfish are honestly the best and most caring people I've ever met. They tailor to your Childs needs and the way YOU do things at home to help care and nurture your child. I know my kids are safe and happy when they come to Starfish. I see growth in all my children since they have been coming to Starfish and hear many fun and happy stories. The Team at Starfish are quick to attend your child if an incident has occurred and will give you a call right away. Accidents do happen but this teach kids to be resilient. Everyone here is soo professional and always put the children's needs first. It gives peace in mind knowing I've found a great place that I can trust and know my children will be safe and happy as well as learn such great things here!

I highly recommend Starfish ELC in Springvale. My husband and I have always felt our son is loved and cared for at all times. We can see the big difference in his confidence playing with other children and improvements in his speech development. Each room he has been in (3 so far) he has had teachers who have been so lovely and caring. Anna is a wonderful manager who has always kept us informed and confident in the competence of the staff and processes held here. The staff here always have a smile on their face and treat the children (and parents) with respect

Fantastic service, Most of staff are absolutely lovely to be around and never fail to help as much as they can whenever you need it. My daughter & Son loves this ELC. Thank you Hue Michelle & Anna for giving both my daughter and son a great experience

My son came home everyday with cuts and scratches on his face and neck. Anna the manager is very incompetent and unhelpful

My son has been to a number of centres, this is by far the best! The educators are attentive, happy and I have no concerns that he is well looked after.

My little girl has been at Starfish since June 2016 and she is thriving! All of the staff are very attentive and caring and are instilling values of compassion, acceptance, care and inclusion in my daughter which has been amazing! Our whole family is treated as part of the Starfish family and daily drop offs and pick ups are always a delight! I have seen my little girl grow and develop so much into a sweet, caring person and I can't thank Starfish enough!

Great staff and facilities. Starfish ELC is relatively new to springvale lending towards a neat, healthy and safe environment for ur children to grow and learn. The staff at starfish are lovely and all genuinely interested in seeing ur little ones increase their skills in a warm environment. Kera and the rest of the staff are always forthcomming when discussing the progress of your children in these very important years.
My eldest has been at Starfish ELC since it opened in springvale and the little one has recently started with very little effort due to the efforts of the core and support staff.
