Starbucks Craigieburn

Drinks are always nice but we decided to go in for once instead of using drive through and heard management swearing another another staff member during a busy service period for cutting a sausage roll wrong.

Loved the coffee. Took a US visitor and he agreed the coffee was excellent. Bought some coffee beans as well for home coffeemaker

I don’t enjoy the coffee, i don’t know what it is about it. It tastes fake or something like that….

It's a nice place for studying and trying to get some work done, but service wasn't good at all, the girls that work there are just rude and don't even bother, they have such a bad attitude, like if you don't want to work then don't, other then that the place it self is good they just need to train these girls to have a bit of manners.

I come here on my way to work almost every morning and have never had an issue, the girls that work here are AMAZING! So sweet and always make my day, i usually order on the app and one time the app had an issue and my payment wouldn’t go through. The girls told me not to worry and gave me my order anyway just incase i got double charged! There was another time where the app took payment twice accidentally and the girls let me know and refunded me for the extra payment, they’re so considerate and exceptional! I always love coming here to start my mornings!

They put half a kilo of ice but my drink still wasn’t cold pathetic I’m currently on parole so I wasn’t gonna let them have a piece of my mind because I don’t want to get sent back to the slammer

Morning worker are so rude I ordered a banana bread with a cappucino so she threw a banana bread in front of me

The mocha Frappuccino can be made vegan friendly and is definitely worth a long drive for me:)

Staff is not trained to deal with rush hour, and it reflects in their rude behaviour. We ordered two different coffee and when I asked which one is one, I was told to read the label:)

Rude and tired looking staff, and does have the basic training of asking if my coffee order was dine in or takeaway. Served me the cappuccino in a disposable cup, and when I pointed out that it should have been in a cup, it was simply poured into one! The cappuccino looked like stirred milk + nescafe I could have made at home rather go to Starbucks and waste my time money and experience. Of course no apologies from the staff either! &%$

There's no way you are out of ham and cheese toasties at 8am in the morning. What a joke.

I have always loved Starbucks coffee. Great service by staff member Jind who makes this place even better. He is super friendly and hardworking guy and he makes the best coffee.

I always love stopping in here in the morning the staff know me straight away, they're always friendly. And my coffee is always GREAT!

Had aircon going and it was cold (it is June atm so it's winter) it blew above seating area by windows so couldn't sit there (most seating is by window) Moved to other table and it wasn't clean but had no other choice to sit there. Staff did not try and interact or greet you.

Staff and super helpful and quick with service. When I went tonight for my regular strawberry green tea lemonade, the staff were super polite and friendly.
