Average beveridges at over inflated prices. Service was fairly fast, however not overly helpful.

Just bought what was supposed to be a latte. It was steaming hot, the froth was half of the cup and the taste resembled a vanilla thick shake from hungry jacks, and don't get me started on my partners cappuccino. I'm usually happy to drink anything for my first coffee of the day but this was ridiculous. Couldn't return the coffee as the service was from a young girl obviously only new to the job and she was pretty much running the cafe by herself as 1 of the staff members was too busy flirting with 2 young boys outside the shop. 30/10/23

The coffee was delicious but the one staff who was talking my order so rude to me. She is Asian and chubby girl. Could you pls improve your self if you’re working in hospitality industry:) Thank you

I just bought a cup of Matcha Green Tea Frapp and found that the ice was not blending properly. The waiting line was not so busy, I can’t believe that they couldn’t notice the ice and then pour it into the cup. Very disappointed and unhappy experience in the morning.

The Starbucks located on Swanston St in the CBD could use a good clean, as the store had a somewhat musty smell during my visit. Although the coffee was average and drinkable, it wasn't anything exceptional. The service could also use some improvement, as there seemed to be a lot of staff members wandering around without serving customers.

All in all, I would say that there are better coffee options available in the area. While Starbucks may be convenient for some, there are other cafes that offer higher-quality coffee and more efficient service

Most terrible experience at 295 Swanston street, tonight. There was this random homeless man who is a regular at this place and was walking inside the busy cafe and started circling around me when I was waiting for my order. I complained to the staff as "I was scared" because this was clearly a creepy behavior and harassment. The staff brushed it saying" he is a really friendly guy". I don't care whether he is friendly or not, I'm not ok with this creepy man being "Friendly". Just dont come into my personal space. When I took my order he followed me to the seating area and blocked my way. There was another female customer who also noticed he was harrassing me and she came to my rescue and made sure I was safe by walking with me. I left the store shaken. The female customer who made sure I was ok, I can't thank her enough.

I will not return to the store where they clearly allow this sickness to continue. The lack of staff's action is shocking. He is not a customer he is some sort of a random homeless guy who has been circling around customers. I also noticed a complaint was made earlier but clearly the management and staff are turning a blind eye. I don't need such coffee shop anymore. There are plenty of great shops where female customers feel safe!

The service was fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi works quite fast, they have lots of seats, and it is not hard to find a spot to work.

Not normally one to leave such bad rating but… My friend and I came to order 2 coffees today. They were absolutely horrendous… we both drinks dairy free due to intolerance to lactose, and the drinks we had tasted like regular milk… I ordered a caramel macchiato that had no caramel in it… No drizzled caramel nor syrup found in there. When you make people pay such high prices for the coffee you should at least have trained barista to make a good product.

Love Starbucks, and the free WIFI options. In this specific location there is a huge space with tables and chairs.

There were many people working with laptops this morning.

I ordered the Combo option initially, but then decided to take the almond croissant as I don't drink coffee.

I am dissatisfied and want to complain. This is for the management and decision makers:
- the toilets have been closed way before the cafe closes.
So the cafe is open until 21: 00 but at around 20: 20 I was not allowed to use the toilet anymore as the staff already closed them and did not agree to reopen them. This creates an inconvenience and I’m disappointed that the customer satisfaction/comfort is not a priority for this Starbucks.
Will avoid this Starbucks in the future.

This is a go to place for university student to come and take a break with their friends or chilling during a hot day.
It also included free Wi-Fi for usage which is very convenient.
The staffs and the seating is good but if you come during the rush hour. The seats are mostly taken up by that.

I visited here 1/Jan around 4: 50. I had the worst service from LYNN.

When I was about to order at the counter.she directly said ‘are you member? ’ Without saying hi or what can I get for you sth like that. I was so embarrassed that she was so aggressive.

I had 2 free drink coupon and wanted to use but she also said ‘you have a free drink. Use or not’’ the way she treated me was so rude.

When I finished ordering, she didn’t say thank you or all done, just say ‘stand over there! ’

I was so upset and regret visiting there. I had never experienced such a bad customer service ever.

This branch is my favourite and all other staff are so kind and nice. That’s why I always come here but if LYNN is there, probably I will pass by next time. So terrible staff.

I decided to give Starbucks a try. Afterall it is in Australia, now bad can it be, right? Turns out the coffee has no coffee taste and the milk is scalding hot.

I’ve encountered the rudest staff ever at this place. First she took my order wrong so I went to the counter and asking about the order she took. She then blamed it on me for ordering the wrong drink and was not apologetic about it. I asked for speaking to another person or the manager because she’s clearly upset and was giving me the attitude and then she rolled her eyes at me and continued giving me the bad attitude.
Starbucks please train your staff properly and would never come to this place again. Don’t recommend this place.

Served by someone named Thao.she was unfriendly and super rude while taking the order.came to Starbucks for coffee instead got my mood spoiled.

Lovely staff. She even remembered my name.
Tables were a little messy because it was very busy.

Nevertheless, a good place for recharging our body and our phone (or laptop).
