Starbucks

Ordered a Matcha frappe and a Java Chip frappe.
The matcha tasted very caramelly and not very green tea at all. Maybe the machine needs a clean to get the caramel taste away.

The Java chip was like ice water with chocolate flakes. Didn't like it or it wasn't made great since we've had the same overseas which tasted much better. Overall, service was nice and friendly at least - but really I'm only here for the drinks which was a disappointment.

Tasty frappuccino drinks and decent food options. A bit pricey, and when busy it can take a while to get your order. But they offer tasty and unique options.

I was there in the Morning, there is one staff who’s got sick and not friendly and she kept touching her nose and make our food without hand gloves, and not wearing Face mask, it’s very disgusting
If you sick please just stay at home!

Less que than Maidstone. Salted caramel cold brew was fine. But there's no choc orange on the menu Not a pleasent experience despite good service.

It’s not coffee it’s poison. It’s full of sugar and unknow ingredients. A few weeks ago I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was literally burning my stomach almost ended up in emergency room.

Nice place.

But always regretting the selection after tasting which feel artificial.

I ordered an alternative milk frap for which never in my life have I ever had issues with but one of the worst things I've come across. My almond milk drink had cream on top, I proceeded to let them know I cant have dairy for which the guy took the drink and scooped some of the cream off and gave it back to me still with cream on top and was like is that okay. I ended up parking and getting out of my car to go in and scoop the top third to half my drink out as it had dairy bits throughout it. Not impressed with the way it was handled, especially when they had so many staff on it shouldnt have been hard to fix it up. Coffee wasn't the best. Its not the first time the store has been a miss with my drinks but this is unbearable.

Have been coming here for a while now and was super impressed with their service during COVID They stayed open the whole time. Great friendly staff and awesome service! Some of the staff here are an amazing asset to Starbucks and really are the reason my kids and I continue to return:) Big thumbs up from me

Why would i want the largest sized coffee with only one shot?
I dont care about tasting my coffee.
I guess i just have to pay for extra shots on top of the size upgrade.
This is a blatant example of penny pinching at the expense of customer experience.

It can get extremely busy however the drinks always taste amazing and all the staff are so sweet everytime I go to the store. I understand that plastic straws aren't ideal however the paper straws they have go soggy and tear too easily

Fast drive thru experience. Always loved their coffees and hot chocolates. They also have milk substitutes. Friendly staff

Fast service. Good offerings and the typical taste of starbucks coffee. Drive through can only accommodate 3-4 cars, so you would always see a big queue of cars. But don't worry just be in a queue and you will be taken care in faster way because turn over time per order is short. I tried brawny and it has pieces of wallnuts in to it, I liked the taste of it.

I said no sugar, but they still put sugar. I said less ice, but there was still a lot of ice, and the drink spilled out of the cup, making my clothes and pants dirty! The service is terrible!

What's the point of offering 1/2 price discounts on the app when your systems from the last one month still updating.
I would call it false advertising as you are offering something that you can not deliver.

Starbucks always has good coffee beans.staff needs to listen the order properly.starbucks is well know for fussy coffee drinkers so they staff needs to keep up
