Big thankyou to Mat, Justin & Mak yesterday for their prompt support, assistance & advice on our new CX3 Pro, which we purchased at another showroom last year. Thank you to Makara and his team at Starvision Dandenong (Vic) … we picked up our PX2 Pro yesterday (11Oct2023), the whole sales and delivery process went well. Makara was very supportive and accommodating to my many questions and my changing order requirements. Justin did a great job with the handover, only a few little issues which were rectified immediately. I am a happy customer!

Dealing with STARVISION has been a great experience. Very happy with the Caravan and it's quality thus far. A few minor warranty issues which were dealt with promptly and professionally. A big shout out to Allen, he has been outstanding to deal with. He is very professional and courteous and certainly an asset to STARVISION team! Even went as far as following up to see how the Van performed after the warranty issues were fixed which is outstanding customer service.

We have had our Alpha B for over 2 years and not a single issue. It has been to Fraser Island, Cape York, Flinders Rangers, and all over Vic and Blue Mountains, never once had a issue getting this into any location. Built strong and still structurely sound. Awesome set up for a quick night sleep or a long stay with big setup and everything right there. Towing is flawless!
Ryan & Tom were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure we were 110% happy even post sale care was top service! Definitely be back when we have outgrown out Alpha B!

I got my camper from Dandenong store great value for money, had a couple of
small issues and they fixed it straight up no questions asked very good warranty side of things, could not fault the campers and the people who work there are always there to help, we are very happy with our camper and we highly recommend going and having a look

We purchased the Alpha B Camper Trailer from the Brisbane Office and are really happy with our purchase. We had a couple of minor electrical issues but these were dealt with very quickly. We live 4 hours away from Brisbane and the issues were dealt with locally between an auto electrician and Starvision which was great as it saved us having to travel back to Brisbane. We had lots of questions as you would being a first time Camper Trailer owner but nothing was too much trouble for Tania and Tony. We have already taken the camper out for its first adventure and we are very happy with the quick set up and the quality of the materials and fit out. It tows really well behind our Mazda CX8 SUV, which only has a 100kg towball weight and the Alpha B when packed correctly stays within that range. We would thoroughly recommend Star Vision. Great Camper and great people to deal with.
