Absoulte legend! Banged out my watch adjustment and wedding band adjustment and fixed my sons pocket watch perfectly in the time it took the clerk to take down all my details regarding the rejuvination of my wifes heir loom pocket watch. Mark is such a talented man. He made my beautiful bracelet with my husband Val's idea in mind. A gorgeous white gold anchor pendent on an anchor chain. So delicate and finely hand crafted. When I met him it made me love my bracelet even more. What a beautiful little Gem in the Hills.

I had the opportunity to craft a ring my wife designed under the expert tutelage of Mark and his apprentice. Both were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
When I signed on to do the work i imagined i would be pouring some melted gold into a mould and then polishing, not so.
Mark showed me how to melt an old gold bracelet, mould it, shape it solder and join it. I then soldered the setting into the piece and added a beautiful stone. Mark kept all of the gold dust and off cuts ensuring I received it when I was done. Excellent value and excellent service.
My wife now has a beautiful one of a kind ring that our family will treasure for generations.

The workmanship is dog vomit - ABSOLUTE DOG VOMIT - a child would take more pride.
Don’t go there if you want your jewellery fixed or a piece made.
In the end however, as an adult, it is myself who has to accept full responsibility.
I should never have taken such beautiful, high quality jewellery and precious stones that I cherish to such an establishment.
The lesson is mine to learn and I have definitely learnt this lesson.
