Nice gym. Except when I cancelled was being continued being charged an accounting fee.when I contacted them they said.you need to contact the other business to take it off. THAT IS NOT MY JOB. ITS YOURS! They also said. "lucky you spotted it so soon". Once again THATS NOT MY JOB. ITS YOURS. I signed up to gym for a service. NOT WORK doing your book keeping!

My wife trains at star fitness and my kids do swimming at the swim school both places are impeccable staff are friendly and helpful

Staff are super friendly and helpful especially when it came to my workcover stuff. The gym is clean and and the atmosphere is very comfortable unlike some others I've been too.

Favourite gym I've been to. Look out the windows and you're surrounded by gum trees. Friendly members, wide range of equipment, and the manager Alfonzo is the man!

I have been going to this gym for almost 9 months. I was wanting to renew my 3 months membership to just realise the price has been bumped up for no reason?
Thank You but no, I think these days there is way too many options around to pay what you are now asking.

I love Star Fitness! It is an amazing gym with very friendly, professional staff and excellent facilities. This gym has everything I need. I have been a member here for many years and it keeps getting better and better. They make great coffee and smoothies too!

Great gym with lots of new equipment. Has a small boxing area and 24/7 access. Lots of cardio equipment overlooking the surrounding roads.

Love this gym, I've been here for just over a year and they often update their equipment. Pool is great two. Very friendly staff and PT's.

Great place and friendly staff. It has swimming pool and offers different classes too. You can actually bargain for better membership deals. It sometimes lacks with clean and equipment maintenance, as I tend to see weights are kept everywhere. I'd have given 5 stars, if my PT was really amazing, but not a chatterbox.

I absolutely love this gym and I wish I signed up sooner! The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Something that every gym needs. On top of that the members are fantastic also and everyone is so nice. You can talk to people here and it feels like a great community of gym goers. The classes are good and the equipment is great. I also love that it's 24 hours!

I really enjoy this gym. Lots of space. Never too busy. Lots of options to exercise and do different things each day.

Signed up for a 3 months membership with payment by direct debit. After 3 months they continued charging me then when I called them up they said it was "from 3 month". I'd be very careful with signing anything with this independently owned gym as the customer service clearly doesn't exist at this place. I wouldn't be so careless about my business as the word spreads!

Great gym, lots of equipment and very friendly staff and gym users. The place just has good vibes throughout! Great change from my old gym.

Always few people which makes it great to exercise and equipment available. Though to access the pool you must exit main building and walk across carpark. Yet there are connecting stairs inside but they have blocked off - for this you only get 4 stars.

Friendly staff who always make you feel welcome, great trainers and wide range of classes to suit. My favorite is the Tuesday night boxing class! Highly recommend

Star is exceptional value for money. Great selection of free weights, machines and classes. PTs that take a genuine interest in helping you reach your goals and a free creche for the kids. Highly recommended!

First time back at the gym in a year, felt welcomed and comfortable with Deb who made the initial process back into fitness smooth and inviting! Equipment looks great, lots of classes to choose from and the women's change rooms are sparkling! Excited to have finally found a decent gym:) ps did I mention they also have a salt water pool? !
