Burgers are always soggy! Worst customer service I have ever seen. The short girl is so rude! I do not recommend!

I have in the past and your face turns more sour than usual. Do I need to ask for a smile too? Maybe you should try a new industry because all the reviews are against you and that can be damaging for the company.xx

Unfortunately nothing pleasant about this place. Food was cold and stale, obviously been sitting there all day if not multiple days. Very poor quality food for top prices. Reading the reviews I realised I'm not the only person who seems to think so. Also interesting to see how triggered and aggressive the owner becomes after a negative review to the point that they stoop down to personal attacks. A fragile ego is unhealthy

I stopped here to grab a quick snack. The chips were hot cause they'd just come out of the fryer, but the 2 potato cakes were hit & miss. One was fresh, the other you could throw through a closed glass window.

Came first thing in the morning and was reluctantly greeted by a young, sour Asian woman. Figured she must just hate her job or was having a bad day but checked the reviews and apparently I'm not the only one who thought this. The coffee was burnt but luckily I don't mind as I still enjoy 'skunk' coffee. The chicken souvlaki I ordered for lunch however was an appalling excuse for a meal. Souvlaki meat is supposed to have some kind of flavour and this had absolutely none. The meat tasted as though it had been braised and each mouthful was just a chunky dry lump of flavourless mass. Went back in and was calm but understandably annoyed. Mentioned this to another young lady up the front and there was zero mention of any discount on the 2 chicken pieces and potato cake I bought. The only saving grace was that the fried chicken pieces were a solid pass. Other than that I spent nearly $20 here today (minimum $5 on card purchases) and will be hungry again by midday.

Nice coffee.but the beautiful Asian girl never smiles at the customers.where is the customer service these days?

Friendly service and tasty food. Salad and sandwich bar and any option of takeaway you can think of.

Very very poor service there is one Asian girl she can’t really understand e flush and doesn’t even have moral values as how to talk to customers

Great to see the Old Fellas still got a Guernsey and haven’t sold up like all our other favs. Hey 15 years I’ve been enjoying the famous EggNBacon if your in the area reading this chances are I ate an egg and Bacon Sanga whilst we built the factory your working in. Yep first year I went there Hallam industry Park was Paddocks.

One of the best take away shops in hallam friendly staff great food at a good price highly recommend

For an asian run takeaway I got the stir fry it was terrible frozen veggies would off been better
