7I was very happy with my car wash and polish today. Service was great very pleasant and friendly. Even vacuumed drivers side and wiped interior complimentary.
Was told $60 for inside and out cleaning, when I arrived the guy cleaning told me that because there was a few dog hairs it would be $150 because it was a ' special vacuum' I then settled on a special vacuum inside and no wash outside for $80 (no I'm not joking) and was told 1 hour wait for this procedure
I waited 50metres away and out of sight as this guy vacuumed my car with a normal vacuum for 5 mins then left my car
In the future will do myself for $2

This place is a total scam. Don't go there. It's the worst car wash ever. We went there on 26th October. He charged us $240 for interior steam cleaning, but the work was not even worth $40. A horrible experience we had. And the boy was constantly lying like cleaning seat belts is not included in the "Interior Detail Cleaning.
They don't even deserve the one-star.
I had a very bad experience with them. My new car just one year old. They weren’t do good job and big scratch few places in front of my car’s seat. I pointed this was your mistake but they refused it. I report to the manager who said me it could be happened before, you may not noticed. I look after my car as my baby so how can possible without notice this much scratch. He knows his staff made this mistake but he doesn’t like to accept it.
Absolutely shocking job. Paid $135 for the worst job possible. Nothing was done. Rubbish under the seats. Seats partially wiped. The dash and trim look worse than before as if they used a dirty cloth to wipe it. When it bought it to their attention it was because of the weather. If I had checked the car before I paid i wouldn't have paid anything. Left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed at the waste of time and money.
Great job I paid 100 dollars and they have done the job of more than that I will go there every week
These guys go above and beyond customer care. Not only did they make my car so beautifully clean and shiny but also showed care and compassion. After getting caught up at work, I was unable to collect my car before they closed. After a few phone calls, they came out to the shopping centre around 9pm so I could pick up my car. Thank you is not enough, you are amazing!
