Michael's building inspections are excellent and thorough! Michael personally takes out time to follow up post inspection to go through the report with his customers to their satisfaction which is great!

The man, the myth, the legend! Michael was the best money we spent throughout the build process. He was easy to talk to and explained things in layman’s terms.

Never once did I feel like he was rushing his work and you could tell that he was looking out for you and not trying to rush through any inspections or trying to appease the builders.

I showed a few mates his detailed reports and they were amazed at the length and indepth detail Michael went to. He picked up a ton of stuff during our build that we would have never seen or even knew about.

I would highly recommend him and will be going through him again if we decide to buy or build another house!

Amazing experience having Michael do a building inspection on my first home. He coordinated with the agent to find an inspection time in the short window I had without needing me to intervene. I got the report on the same day of the inspection and was very happy with the level of detail and all the pictures contained in it. He then gave me time to read the report and that evening I had a good 30 minute conversation with him over the phone about what was found in the report, and he took the time to explain everything in terms I understood. He also gave me practical advice about how to rectify the issues found with the property.

I would absolutely use Michael again if I was to purchase another property and will recommend him to friends and family who wish to buy in the area.
