Walked in, no customers but myself, lots of staff but no one to help. Would of bought a fridge, washing machine & air purifiers for my new house but customer service is a big thing for me. Please approach customers, that's what you are paid for it's your job.could not find fridge measurements on fridges. I am so disappointed, took a 30min trip to come here. Never again.

I purchased a freestanding cooker from the Keilor store online which had to be ordered in. Julie who assisted me with this purchase was absolutely incredible. I rang & spoke to a customer service representative & she was extremely helpful. I also emailed asking whether a product was available and the customer service representative was also very helpful. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service.
Avoid at all costs. Stan cash would not let us exchange a microwave we bought off them and said we had to go through LG directly which would take too long. I need to sterilize my baby's bottles so I need this microwave asap not 3 months later. Will not be purchasing anything from them in future. Go to the good guys instead!

We bought a Heller Heater Column Oil Free Therm 2 heat setting recently and though the parcel arrived with no damage to the box, the heater has two dents on it. I have tried twice unsuccessfully to contact Billy Guyatts, each time receiving a message advising that they are unavailable. When making the purchase there was no reference to the item being a 'second' and yet this is what it appears to be. Customer service does not seem to be something that Billy Guyatts value as an organisation.
Would recommend this company. They had the exact fridge we wanted and urgently needed when our old one suddenly 'died' at work. They checked it was in stock, reserved the item for us and confirmed delivery for the next day. We made payment and it arrived the next morning as promised, was installed, the old fridge was taken away along with all the packaging, with all this included in the cost and at a price lower than other similar suppliers were advertising on the same item. Couldn't be happier.
Shopping on Boxing Day, we were lucky enough to encounter "Carmin", One of the old style "Super Salesmen", who listened to what WE wanted, not just what he wanted to sell to us.

Steve was great to deal with. Buying our refrigerator, delivery unwrapping and taking away the rubbish all went without any problem at all. All the Stan Cash people were very professional and provided excellent service.
We purchased a few items and we were very happy with the service, knowledge of products and the price.

Purchased a split system air conditioner from Stan Cash which the website claimed was "in stock". When I rang the customer service to enquire as to when delivery would be made they said "we have ordered it from our supplier and once we have received it we will organise delivery for you".
Sorry but that is very misleading. You should be warning customers that you are drop shipping and that fulfilment times will therefore be +1week for delivery.
I requested a refund and then was also informed that it would take 1-3 days to request the refund from the accounts department, THEN plus the processing times!?
I ordered a Hisense 179l BLack Refrigerator on New Years Day as show in stock and expected Delivery by now.as I needed by yesterday. I've called several times their store and they transfer me To the online Store BILLY GUYARTS I believe and untill this morning nobody answers the Line. We're is my fridge that you wrongfully showed that it was in Stock!
After dealing with the hell that was Betta in Footscray, I turned to Stan Cash for help getting a fridge that actually worked. They were absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Peter, who was frankly just amazing. He communicated well, was genuine and friendly, and was more than happy to work with me on what I needed.
Because I am 100% cursed when it comes to fridges, the fridge I bought from them arrived damaged. It wasn't the fault of them or the deliverymen - the box was intact, so it'd happened at the manufacturer. The deliverymen noticed while they were unpacking it, and immediately whisked the fridge away and brought me a replacement. I didn't even have to do anything. And so thanks to Stan Cash I finally have a working fridge (4th time is the charm, right?).
The difference between how Betta in Footscray and Stan Cash in Brooklyn (who is also owned by Betta) responded to the problem fridges couldn't have been more different. Footscray abused me, kept my money, and left me without a fridge for weeks upon weeks, needing Head Office to repeatedly intervene, whereas Brooklyn reacted immediately and efficiently and had everything resolved in less than 24 hours. Go to Stan Cash!
Very good team. Good range of selection. Prices of the products are far cheaper than others in market. I been going their from few years and has been their regular clients. No hesitation recommending them to anyone
