Very disappointed with the after service. Had damage done to my property when items were delivered and all go a sudden no communication. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone.

This place has changed a lot, as it had previously a good selection of genuine clearance items, at a reasonably reduced price. I just found that many of the items were just brand new and the asking price was nothing special to write home about. The sales people were engaging, friendly and helpful, but they were not in a position to do cheaper deals, nor trying to match their competitors, who were selling the same item for a cheaper price.

Well organised good price took more off the ticketed price without even asking brand new direct from the factory and Australia made.

Extremely professional and friendly staff, highly recommend. They were both efficient and helpful.

My partner ordered a sound system. Months later, though they took her money, no sound system. Today she called a was told it was there. She drove for 30 minutes to learn that it wasn't. Shoddy shonky service. How is it that people like this stay in business. Avoid at all costs!

I have bought from this store twice so far and both times I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Couldn't be happier with the service and the products I purchased.

Bought a TV for click and collect after confirming over the phone it was in stock. After a week of no communication, and well after paying, I received an email saying I need to wait months for the TV as they didn’t have it in stock and needed to order one from Samsung. Seems many other people have had this same issue with Stan Cash.

10/10 service and price. No BS here. Always come here first and forget the rest. Good old fashioned store. Love it

Customer service was quick, provided options for payment when unable to go in store. Delivery was organised immediately after payment was received. However, was a lot more rushed calling the Keilor store compared to Brooklyn. Purchased a heat pump dryer and enquired about heaters and was told there wasn’t stock and pretty much ended the conversation. The Brooklyn store never got back to me and emails keep bouncing to the Keilor store.

Delivery really let the store down. Although helpful in stabilising the washing machine, scratched our cabinet on install and didn’t angle the machine back for the drainage drawer to be able to pull out of the doorway. I called them to assist but they’d already left for the next job and weren’t able to come back. It was all a bit rushed and not a lot of care taken. My husband helped adjust the machine and dryer position, and appliance mat underneath when he finished work. Not something expected seeing $69 was paid for delivery and install when others offer free delivery.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. We got a bargain on a 200 litre Hicense chest freezer for only $409. $69 del and they took our old fridge free on delivery. STAN CASH.

Far too long a wait for appliances, if you kept your costumer informed that would of been awesome, seems to be a common occurrence during covid that customer service has gone down the drain in an abundance

Although the TV wasn't on display in the store, it was price matched and delivered as promised. Would recommend.

Very happy with service of staff at Keilor Park Drive, Keilor. Although I had purchased a kitchen rangehood over 6 months ago, it was noted by the installer for my new kitchen that the rangehood was buckled and therefore made it stiffer to pull out the exhaust panels. So I took the rangehood back to the store and there was no hesitation in replacing the appliance. Thankyou!
