Staff Australia have been very professional and supportive from day one, providing me with a job and going above and beyond to find work for my husband. They are easy to get hold of when there is an issue and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone I have dealt with have been really friendly.

Save your time. Very unprofessional company. They just register you with their agency to get paid, once that is done they will not contact you nor keep you updated. Worked with them in the past, and my friend wanted to register with staff australia but I stopped him. They underpay you and don’t care about what you experience in the warehouse. And when you contact them, somehow your consultant isn’t in the office 100% off the time. (what a coincident) and then they let you go with no reason. Horrific agency and they should lose their license immediately. I can not stress this enough, do not join these scammers.

They do not care about people they hire, only try to please the companies. Disgusting.
Sharokina is one of the worst people I've dealt with.

2 and half year with them, they dont give enough notice that they will end your shift, they just give you 1 night and advise you that you are no longer required without reason as to why,

I have been with this agency for 5 years. With the initial induction, they were very thorough with the process and the staff were friendly and professional.

I was registered with Staff Australia for 2 years, while they had an office in Campbellfield (Victoria), from 2014 to 2017, they failed to give me any work at all, and each time I called them for work, they would say to me that they don't have work for me, but they do for other people, they are Racist towards "Australia born people of Colour", I am speaking from personal experience.
They are nothing but a bunch of " crooks".

Staff Australia is very good for work. One of the staff, her name is Kayla Brooks, She is really helpful. 1 and half years ago, i used to work there and i call her to get ready for employment letter for immigration purpose. I call her and she send me within 15 minutes. I am really impressed. Specially thanks to Kayla. Once again thank you so much Kayla.

Great agency to work for. Never had any issue, they have friendly people who do their best to help and are kind and courteous. Like anything in life, you do the right thing by them they'll do for you as they have for me, simple fact in my experiences with the team at Staff Australia.

This company has a lot of potential but with people like you in it, there won’t be any future.

Staff Australia preys on the desperate job seeker, takes advantage of there unfortunate situation. The lack of communication and what little occurs is muddled, rude and becomes a condescending endeavour. Save yourself the time/energy and seek recruitment/employment from anyone but Staff Australia.

Staff Australia team members with whom I have met and interacted with by name in person, communicated with via phone, voice mails, emails and text messages disappear and reappear when convenient. This magic trick is actively reciprocated by the rudest, lying receptionists ' we dont have a (insert team member name) here/doesn't work here' and the classic 'off to lunch' every single time.

Staff Australia is the definition of unprofessional, do not waste your time.

I have been underpaid for 2 and a half months. In the company I worked I had been asked since day one to use the forklift to be able to do my job, since products to pick are in the rack.
I didn’t notice the mistake in my pay as storeman until one day my manager told me that I was not on a correct pay since I drive forklift (with license). I have been completely ignored and I find this extremely disrespectful since I have always done my job and I have always been recognised as a good worker.
Steven (my representative) clearly doesn’t care and on top of that answered me with an attitude when I just asked to be paid what I worked for. I already contacted fair work, attached all my payslips and I have workmates, team leader and supervisor to back me up. I been in Australia since 2015 I never had such a little consideration from a recruitment agency as this guy.
So if u don’t want be treated just like a number don’t work for this company.

Staff Australia actively looked for work for me and were very friendly and professional.
When COVID 19 restrictions really came in, they still found me shifts.
They were flexible as far as some shifts that I could not work due to personal reasons.
I recommend them to anyone wanting to work hard and earn money during these difficult employment times.

Unprofessional and messy office which is ran by two 19 year old girls. I came in for an induction which took nearly two hours (half the time was spent waiting). They never contacted me after my induction/registration. Wasted my time and money.

If i can give it no stars i will, firstly extremely rude staff, uneducated consultants, many of them have never set foot in a warehouse nor do they no anything about it, extremely unprofessional, one of the worst agencies I have ever been to. Very rude, judgmental and sexist. Surprisingly even though most staff are women I don't reccomend anyone going there, I don't no how they still even have work, so dissapointed.
