St Zita's Cafe ( New ) reviews
3321.01.2024 Sunday - arrived at 10: 10am, only 2 customers inside. We just took our table freely. Staff was friendly and prompt. Simple menu as seen on website, cappuccino was perfectly executed, food served in 10-15 minutes - one of the very well presented Egg Benedict I have so far, if not the best! Both eggs were perfectly prepared, and served with salad and grilled mushroom - it was a nice touch! Just the free "add-on" mushroom is worth visit to this place, and it is one of the cheaper Egg Benedict around town, if not the cheapest. All the foods are in fact very well priced.
Went to this place on 21.01.24 and reach there just after 10am, parking alone the road was plenty. From the outside, the shop looked a bit outdated. Inside was also simple, but comfortable, though the sitting area is not that big - probably can accommodate 16 to 20 customers.
On the morning I reached, there's just 2 customers already in there. I order the cappuccino which was perfectly executed - not to hot, just nice. I also order the Egg Benedict, and it was beautifully done and decorated, not fancy, just nice, and the salad and grilled mushroom on the side, not a big portion but a very nice touch. The Egg Benedict was one of the best I have eaten in and around Melbourne, if not the best - both poached eggs were perfectly done, hollandaise sauce is just enough, not too much. Overall, the portion was perfectly nice for breakfast, not too heavy, not too small. The price is reasonable.
Service was good, though the food come on the slower side, considering there are not many customer around, but for the perfectly done Egg Benedict, it can be excused.
An absolute gem! This coffee shop has won my heart with its amazing coffee, impeccable service, and reasonable prices. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee as you step in is simply inviting. The baristas here are true artisans, brewing coffee that’s a blend of perfection and delight. The staff is friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about their offerings. They make every visit a memorable experience. What’s even better is that they maintain reasonable prices without compromising on quality. It’s a haven for coffee enthusiasts like me. Highly recommended for a top-notch coffee experience!
Tiny pancakes, not much maple syrup or cream. Not value for money. Not worth the $21.80 spent on Large cap with pancakes
Wasn't a big fans of Malaysian food. But food here are soooo delicious! Staff are nice as well. Will definitely visit again!
Great Cafe! The staff are friendly, always with a smile on their faces. The food is AMAZING!
Thank you to St Zitas, I hope this chef and the baristas never leave the area, staff are courteous and they serve the best coffee, chai latte and breakfast burgers, a quality cafe on this shopping strip.
Cozy vibe! Lovely staff! Delicious coffee and food! Vegetarian options! Yum! Takeaway and eat in.
P.s. They have card and board games available to play! How cool!
Took breakfast to go but would’ve loved to dine in bc the place is very cute, the iced matcha was very good!
Can’t get anymore authentic than this! Tried their salt and pepper chicken and we are hooked! It’s a must have lunch every weekend! Very reasonably priced too. Lovely cosy ambience and nice music of our era. Very warm and friendly wait staffs. Highly recommended!
Nice food and nice staff, with beautiful paintings on the wall here. Spending all the day here is really wonderful, quiet and cozy atmosphere make people relaxed. Also recommend drinks here! I try Chia Latte and Ice Coffee Latte, both are really delicious! Chia Latte with pure cinnamon powder and Ice Coffee Latte with whipped cream on the top, feel unforgettably awesome after drinking, it's definitely worthy to order them. Come to enjoy local Melbourne coffee shop in Zita's Cafe!
Been surprised by the vibes and food in St Zita’s cafe. The nasi lemak was amazing with the stunning seasoning and flavour. Highly recommend for a visit here.
I recently tried the Nasi Lemak from this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! Not only did it satisfy my hunger, but it also made my day when I opened the box to see a cute face on the rice. It's the small things that make a big difference, and this restaurant definitely nailed it. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Walk around this area and found this cozy small cafe with friendly staff, there have cake and many choices of food. The cake was house made, tasty and good coffee.
Found this cafe which recommend by the Age good food guide, BEST 20 Cafe in Melbourne. Good location easy to found, Near to tram and train station.
Tried their nasi lemak, big breakfast, beef and chicken burger, chai tea and mocha!
The nasi lemak taste so authentic, beef and chicken burger is juicy and well cooked. Chai is the best also, perfect brew!
well deserved to one of the best cafe.
The decoration in the cafe is full of anime. They also have some board games and guitar, feel free to play with while waiting for food.
Nice and neat small little Cafe. Service was good, the food was great (Eggs Benedict was unreal), and the coffee was also top quality. Definitely recommend it.
Cosy cafe with interesting anime figurines by the window seats. There's some chess sets on the bar seats, if you're planning to stick around for a while. Great coffee, good food, fairly priced with friendly service. Had the Nasi Lemak and Fried Chicken Waffle, fried chicken was crispy and juicy, I'd recommend it.
Nice vibe and friendly staff. I had the crispy chicken on waffle with maple syrup. Love the combination of sweet and savoury flavour. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and I like how the waffle done. Nice and crispy
My friend had curry laksa and she loves it!
Being in Australia for so long, to makes me miss the taste of my country food of Malaysia style so much, but I had never tasted such a amazing taste of the nasi lemak before, but zita’s did the wonderful cook and the tasting booming up my mouth and What should I do after I returning to Sydney?
