Very Nice Hospital like how its attached to age care mental health etc. New and modern well done

I had my very first planned Surgery at St vincent private hospital Werribee, very clean, calm environment. Starting from admission to post surgery care and till you go home, everything is excellent, the staff - I was with Dr Adam Boyt and team, Anaesthetists - Peter and support staff, Ema make you feel relaxed. Post surgery when I was in recovery room, remember somehow person waking me up and taking at-most care - I believe he is John or Ron my apologies for the name. After moving to my own specious private room Francies and Liam took very good care of me. At any moment they were ready to help you for anything. Overall very much satisfied with the care and services @Vincent Hospital.

I had a day procedure today and can’t speak highly enough regarding the care I received. Nurses are special people and I thank each and every one of them on level 1. The admin staff member was great too.

I stayed overnight to recover from surgery and I had the best experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member, throughout the stay the doctors and nurses were amazing.
The hospital is very clean and I must add the food is delicious, they have heaps of choices on the menu.
I can't fault my stay and the bonus for me it's local and didn't have to travel to the city.

I have great experience overnight stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was clean and good facilities. Foods was delicious with many choices. I am happy and grateful to have my surgery there and got taken care well by hospital’s team.

We make a phone enquiry this morning around 10.30am to check if they do have doctors available for consultation. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and could not help us with the enquiries. She tends to raise her voice and getting impatience, I don't see why are we paying a premium price for our insurance on private health and getting all these awful treatments.

My over nighy stay after surgery was good. Staff took a great care of me and explained everything on each and every step. To my surprise food was delicious. I had hassle and worry free experience.

I was at this hospital yesterday for a day stay procedure for myself. As soon as we entered the hospital my husband who was accompanying me complained about chest pain while we were still at the reception. The staff and doctors where so quick in attending to my husband and made the arrangements to shift him to Werribee Mercy hospital. I heart fully appreciate and thank the help, care and concern provided by the staff and doctors

I’m currently recovering from a total hip replacement in St Vincent’s Private in Werribee.

The hospital is new, fresh and akin to staying in a 5* hotel complete with room service.

The nurses, doctors and physio’s are all wonderful.

I’m so glad I made the choice to go private.

This place is worst than a public hospital, no one ever communicated to me about my wife surgery, the only time I find out about my wife surgery, is when she actually called me when she woke up. Then picking her up from they got me waiting near the reception for over an hour, and again no one even bother to check up on to let me know what is the hold up on releasing my wife.

Excellent right from the start to finish. All the doctors and nurses were really caring and friendly. They're a happy bunch of people therefore pass on the happy positive vibes. Best hospital experience ever. Dr. Yong the surgeon was exceptional.

I stayed over for a night, the staff made me feel welcomed and treated me with compassion, love and care. Would like to say thank you to Doctors who looked after me and nursing department staff, Marylin, Theresa and Niluka.

I had an appointment with one of the gynaecological, dr. H for an IUD insertion, she is rude and unable to do it correctly, she insert it in wrong way and caused me heavy pain that i had to do it again after couple of weeks with another doctor.

I have currently been here for close to 70 days and without the great staff, particularly the nurses, doctors, reception, COVID entry people, cleaners this would have been a real grind. I have been treated with wonderful respect and compassion and will always be greatfull to everyone associated with St VINCENT'S PRIVATE HOSPITAL WERRIBEE. GET THE JAB It's now 86 days and nothing has changed, still receiving fantastic treatment from all involved. It's got to the point where I will struggle to go home. This hospital is one of multi culturalism and has changed my attitude in relation work ethic, friendship, respect and acceptance to all people regardless of their origins. GET THE JAB, TOUGHEN UP, PROTECT OUR FUTURE AND DON'T BE SELFISH.

I just have no words to say how great the staff is at this hospital especially the Filipino gang. They made me feel at home and love and care they had for patients is heart melting. Also the professionalism is no 1. Great environment. I walked in anxious but walked out very happy after my surgery. Special thanks to “Jan “ RN he was amazing and very accommodative. Every single person was amazing from surgeon anaesthesia to ground staff. Angels. I sent box of chocolates and card for thank you to them as not many people are that compassionate these days. And ofcourse my surgeon Mr Muthu aaaammmaazzing the whole process was smooth as butter. And good results.

Had a CT scan here recently and the whole process was professional and efficient. They were all helpful from the scanning reception staff to the young female radiologist who was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Definitely a positive first experience at this facility.
