8The staff in the dementia section have no idea how to look after the residents, they are left on their own a lot and they cover up when it comes to falls etc. I would not recommend this facility.

Fresh new facility, nurses very attentive to my father, very caring and compassionate.just wonderful to have a facility so close to home available to care for my fathers high needs.
The facility is very clean, nice reception staff. I don't see nursing staff interactive with residents, seems too clinical and not personal. There is no where residents can sit outside for sunshine and freash air, Just seems a "cold" environment, with residents left on their own for long periods.
Good relatively new facility. Terrible, inexperienced top management makes decisions based on rumours and hatred rather than skills and expertise. Underpaid, constantly interrogated low morale staff - poorly reflects on residents.
This facility was good about a year ago but now a day poor management making the good facilities to poor. All best staffs are leaving. Managers are only trying to earn money. Until there is a good management don't put your love one's.
Visit this place they showed me around it looked excellent to me must go back and check again as I need some respite that I very has about leave my home
Facility is beautiful. Staff are very pleasant and hard working in order to provide exceptional care for the patients and residents. Could use more staff in order to balance the amount of patients. The facility is warm, clean and welcoming.
