St. Mary's Primary School reviews
1 To start off I wish I could give this school a negative rating. I was a past graduate from this school and it did not leave any pretty memories, I hope that whatever issues I faced as a student then are repaired and make the community better.
One of the main issues I faced was bullying, this school did nothing to help reduce bullying and does not have a teacher or set faculty that helps students deal with their mental health or help with the stress from bullying. They do raise the awareness of "Anti-bullying" but do they act on it? No they did not, I believe being different from the small cohort I was in prompted the attitude of the bullying from the students, as was the lack of teacher awareness to the situation. I remember crying about it in class and no teacher was able to console or even try to work out the issue. The students were equally as ignorant and quick to judge, I believe that everyone has the potential to be good, but if you cultivate a learning behaviour that condones bullying and let it go without consequence, this will only become a breeding ground for future workplace bullying or even worse attitudes and behaviours.
This school and the ways it upheld its non existent standards are shameless and need to be called out on. I hope that if you read this review, the current principal of this primary school, that you take some time to see that the wellbeing of your students are that of a good and to regulate the bullying and unhealthy attitudes going around under the table.
