Hands down Belinda in reception is an angel, she went above and beyond to help me get the medical documents I needed, she went above and beyond and was really pleasant.

The doctors are lovely but they are always behind in appointments! Making a booking doesn’t make a difference from walk ins you still have to wait to 30 minutes to an hour wait. Wouldn’t recommend going to St Mary’s Clinic unless you’re willing to wait.

This places is the worst you call and take an appointment and when you go their you have to wait 2 or more hours just to see the doctor and even the doctor is very rude.

Been to this clinic 3 times, every single time I booked an appointment in advance and still had to wait for 2 hours and 1.5 hours. Worst clinic I have ever been to. Doctor had no courtesy to listen to me patiently, can’t even expect that after waiting for bloody 2 hours?

The worst place ever, had to wait over 2 hours for my appointment just to see the doctor for 2 minutes. Dont come here, very bad

It's a breath of fresh air being received by receptionists such as Jess, Belinda, Hannah and Amanda.
My new GP has said to me: 'RECEPTIONISTS MAKE OR BREAK A DOCTOR'. So true! I learned that from a clinic in St. Albans: Main road medical centre where receptionist LIES about what patients say, gossip and laugh at patients.
At this clinic, however, It's great to see that receptionists and Doctors value patients opinions (even though the negative reviews have been from very disrespectful people mostly men who seem to see women in general as garbage) the receptionists here are new and have improved the clinic in every way possible.
Well trained Doctors take their time with patients, they don't see us as numbers nor dollar signs, hence which ever clinic you go to: don't complain when waiting cause it means that Doctors are doing their job well and that's what we all need. Applaud and praise them.
I'm grateful I found this clinic and highly recommend it.

I wish i could give zero rate, very rude staff at reception when i called to make a phone appointment for my dad, she asked about D. O. B, i told her his D. O. B then she told me i don't understand and hung up on me!
I called again to confirm the phone appointment, she said i can't guarantee that time the doctor can call you any time, i asked roughly if she knows around what time to let my dad expect the doctor's call, she hung up again!
What a ridiculous and extremely rude staff!

Receptionist Jess is discreet, cordial manner, friendly, relaxed, does her job well and she doesn't judge any patient. My stepfather needed a thorough examination and Dr. Mary was a great Doctor to see. She receives new patients every day. Grateful I found this clinic!

Dr Sam Yassa is a very professional and caring GP who is always thorough with medical examinations.take note of the word ‘caring’. Hard to find these days!

Made an appointment had to wait over an hour to be told that the Doctor couldn't persribe my medical treatment nor assist me anywayshape possible waste of time never to return

Pathetic service rude receptionist came in as emergency bc my daughter cut her finger… was told it’s too late despite 50min to close

Rude receptionist,
Asked for my name. When i told her she replied with "are you sure? "
When i replied with yes thats my name, she hanged up.

Rude staff at reception. It was too cold outside after raining and freeing wind coming inside and I asked if she can close the maindoor which she arrogantly said no. Charge 10 dollars for appointment after 6PM.and doctor was late. I waited 45 minutes and approached the reception who was busy on phone and no customer services said "you can see doctor when he will park car outside ". I said are u serious how gona I see the doctor when I am coming here first time?

Worst clinic. Rude and idiot Receptionist needs counselling. I cancelled appointment after this rude behaviour and 45 minutes wait. Never going there.

Friendly staff. Dr Sam Yassa is a great doctor! I won’t see any other doctor.when I make an appointment they allow me to call in advance to check on the queue time and tell me to come in later if necessary to avoid waiting.

Dr. Mary Zaky is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Always worth the wait. She does attend to every patients needs.

Previously had to wait a long time for prior booked vax appointment. This time appointment 2: 30pm told to come 3: 40pm.
Unprofessional give all different excuses.
Go somewhere else do not bother.

Book an appointment at 11 get seen at 12: 10 absolutely ridiculous. This always happens. I have been here 5 times and out of those 5 times not once was I seen on time! Disgusting would not recommend

I had the First two Covid Vacs, at this Clinic and I am due for the booster.
The Reception and the Service was Excellent for the First two. I had No Problems whatsoever getting a booking for My Booster Shot. Again the Recepionist was Excellent. Thank You St Mary's. Doing a Fantastic Job.

Worst doctor clinic. Unless you want to wait 2 hours after your booked appointment to see your doctor, don't even bother.should be illegal to wait that long
