St Kilda Rd Clinic ( Part Of The Alfred Hospital ) reviews
8Great staff, very supportive and helped me greatly as an outpatient, unfortunately they are very often dealing with ungrateful workshy freeloaders who try to scam the system in order to claim the disability pension, these whining bludgers should be ashamed of themselves.
I was told by one of their doctors/psych to overdose on Olanzapine a anti psych medication which is highly addictive to help me sleep insted of writing me a script for diazapam. Went to my gp the next day and got a script for diazapam to help with sleep not told to overdose on a powerful psych medication. I lost all respect for the doctors/psych and no longer goto appointments I just go once a fortnight for my injection that's it. Go elsewhere if U can.
Edit: They are a good service but they change their doctors every 6 months so it's hard to make a connection with a doctor see nick mimms he seams to stick around
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Very unprofessional service and staff are very rude, they don’t listen to ur needs and do as if they have some personal issues with you, this clinic has to get closed up permanently in order to avoid any further problems and damages to patients.

I have had my appointment cancelled several times by the doctor and the clinic did not tell me beforehand. Today I was told that my doctor was on leave until next Monday and I could leave a message on her voicemail. They also said they could not give me another case manager, Very unprofessional
I have been with them for more than 2 years, I find that the Psychiatrists & nurses are very unprofessional & inefficient. They don't put patients' needs in priority, for some simple request, it took them few months to complete, the service has made my illness even worse, not recommended!
Totally invasive and demanding. They undermine every right I have as an individual. I asked for a script to be an E script. They did not have the technology to do this. They offered for my ``case manager `to drop it into my letterbox. I refused and requested it, mailed.to me. That was agreed with another doctor. I then found it in my letterbox hand delivered. It contained a personal handwritten note wishing me a `nice Christmas holiday and new year`. This makes it not a professional relationship. It is also a total invasion of my privacy. Cleary I am deemed to have no say in matters that affect me.
