My back has always been tricky, and I often throw it out. Over the years I've tried different doctors, physios and natural health people - with limited success.
I saw Rohan at st k osteo. He was able to explain why my back kept being thrown out and showed me exercises, & went through some things I could change in my day-to-day that allow me to manage it & prevent it recurring.
I really like that he took the time to explain stuff, and make sure I had the excercises correct.
His treatment made sense, and my back is a lot stronger.
