St Kerellos Medical Centre Mentone

This was my first Doc visit when we were new in this country. The Doctor is kind and keen to listen. The place is a bit run down but overall, good for getting your diagnosis on time!

Dr. Mirhom is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. He has been our family doctor for over 20 years. I have the highest respect for the diagnosis and treatments he has provided and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dr. Rauf Mirhom has been our family GP for over 23 years. He immediately knew something was not right with my father, and arranged prompt follow up investigation for a timely cancer diagnosis. He has helped my mother deal with depression and work place injury. All these reviews about the place being outdated makes me think how shallow some people are. If you are getting prompt proffesional general medical advise and service, then that is ideal. You are not on a holiday resort, its a GP clinic.

Yeah the place is old and so is the Doctor, but I’m going there for a Medical Diagnosis not renovation and style tips! In medicine experience matters!

Walking into this medical centre you would be forgiven thinking you walked back in time.

1970s feel, look, and unfortunately technology.

But the Dr was very attentive and above all the appointment was spot on regarding time.

Unfortunately the place looks, feels, smells like it hasn’t been dusted since 1970.

The waiting room is so neglected with a few old garden plastic chairs and a milk crate consisting of old woman’s weekly magazine with the front cover of Dianna.

Regardless of COVID-19 restrictions or not I highly recommend wearing of face masks.

I have had a very good experience at this clinic twice already. Doctors are very nice and attentive and, actually, listen to me. Fantastic reception staff. I recommend this medical clinic in Mentone.

Great experience with a good caring Doctor and staff. Place may be outdated, but service is fast and friendly. We as a family have known, Dr. Rauf since 21 years.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors. Filthy place with a horrible old doctor who needs to learn some basic communication skills and medicine techniques post 1930. Give this place a miss.

Was quite a long wait to see someone and the waiting room was claustrophobic and far too hot and seating was old and uncomfortable, looked like it was last furnished in the 1970's, Eventually I saw Dr Raouf Mirhom and speaking english seemed to be a struggle, he then suggested that I should go to another Clinic and did not seem that interested in helping me, I think he was saying they were not taking new clients, so was overall disappointing.

Although the place clean the doctor is really bad. He makes no effort to communicate and gives close to no information. He doesn't even greet you. When I had an injury he did not specify what to do or how long it would take to heal. He is also the only doctor there. All he said was that it was broken and that is it. I do not recommend coming here.
