Mixed up an appointment date for a booster shot and arrived two days early, was politely informed of this and then told they could squeeze me in.

My prescription was "deleted by accident" after having to "special order" the medication in. As a result i was unable to access my script via sms arranged by my gp.

Felt like a criminal trying to get my medication filled, which was resolved in the end, but a rather embarrassing ordeal for something so important.

St Helena Pharmacy do supervised RATs for travel at around half the price of other pharmacies, without the need for booking. Quick and simple.

Josh gave a generic prescription without asking first which they are meant to do, says it slipped his mind, yeah right they get a kickback for generic they should be asking not just taking it It upon themselves to give you the generic brand! Not good enough and this isn’t the first time they have done this here.

Got our booster jabs today mum and I, Sophia was fantastic and made the process a breeze, very informative and made sure mum was comfortable, I barely felt the jab actually, professionalism with the service to boot.

This is the best Pharmacy in Nillumbik and Banyule. Open until 9pm every day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Big range of products as they have moved into new and larger premises.

Good chemist.took along time after being robbed to stock up again.but back to business as usual.very helpful staff.
