Worst experience I’ve had ruined my hair and my mothers hair got wrong length and colour wrong for my mothers hair which was done by the owner Sharon who then yelled at my mother and made her cry as for my hair I lost half my fringe and I asked to blend my hair and she cut it too short then tried to tell me that’s what I wanted I couldn’t believe both of us had the worst experience ever I feel for my mother more as she is 70 I would never recommended anyone to go there how they are still in business has got me gob smacked dodgey as rude and aggressive towards elderly people to me is disgusting they only want to hear good reviews from there friends and deny the bad reviews from the real customer

I love a hairdresser that I can trust so that I get the best for my hair. She is honest about what would suit me and my face shape and even gave suggestions to further achieve what I said I wanted. Amazing service and a great laugh!

Sharon is an excellent hairdresser. She is fast, professional and always does a outstanding job. She is always smiling and always tries to accomodate her clients.

I have been going to Sharon for 10 years. I have my hair coloured, I have foils and keratin straightening treatment, and I’m always extremely happy. My hair always looks beautiful and everyone comments on it. I have difficult hair, but Sharon always makes my hair look beautiful.

Her staff are friendly. I love going into the salon.

I am so glad I found this hair salon. Sharon is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She does the perfect hair colour and haircut for me. Girls at work always comment on my hair colour and ask who my hairdresser is. She is also always kind and welcoming and very friendly and so is her staff. Im only giving one star because i have to i dont recommend for ladies to go because i went to do step cutting and she messed all my hair up. My hair used to do go my hip and now it's only up to my shoulder The boss didnt even tell her worker how to do it and just sat there watching her mess my hair up and the worker was in trouble in the end.

Fabulous salon and super friendly staff. I’ve had my hair cut there for at least 10 years and I’ve always had a good haircut - and the prices are so reasonable. I always look forward to going there and having a chat with Sharon. I’ve recommended this salon to friends and family who are all as happy as I am with this hidden gem in Bulleen Plaza.
