If not for our Doctor I will move away from this clinic’s services. Their schedule of answering calls from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm as per their machine. How come I called 3: 25pm today (24/1/24), until I arrived at the clinic 5pm nobody answered? What a service!

I travelled from Abbotsford to Caroline Springs just to ask a simple question and frustratingly they don’t answer calls even within the schedule. Much better remove your phone number!

Once our Dr leaves will leave as wel!

Absolutely professional GP, highly recommend DR Melaik never had such great experience with any GP clinic.

Dr Agaibi and Dr Melek are both fantastic doctors. I have recommend them to so many friends and family. They both have the time to listen to you. I am so grateful for all your help and hard work

This practice is amazing. The two Doctors that are here are so very thorough and caring. They are two of the best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I am 57 years old, and was very cautious when I first went here, but i have found them to be very helpful, and they actually listen to what you have to say, and explain things thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I have never had to wait any length of time and always been treated well and efficiently. Grateful for this service.

Very thorough and caring doctors, they leave nothing to chance and will always ensure tests are done if needed and follow up accordingly

WORST GP IVE EVER SEEN, VERY CARELESS AND RUDE PEOPLE THAT COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR SITUATION

No idea why the last 2 people have left bad reviews. Dr Meliak is fantastic, always has time for you and very friendly. Was great with my kids and now use him as my regular Dr who made no hesitations in referring me when needed. Best clinic in the area.

I research before to find a good GP because my case quiet complicated and not many GP will be patient to listen and helping but I’m happy that Dr Meliak took time to listening and helps me. I hope my problem fixed soon. Thank you DR.

Don't go here. Doctors have no idea. Waiting forever and they are very rude doctors here. Dr Melaik should be under investigation for negligence and malpractice. Only a matter of time. Shouldn't be in the medical industry. Stay well clear of this centre.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctors surgery is highly unprofessional and negligent. To say they don't care about their patients would be an understatement. How does a medical "professional" perform an op which directly leads to a toe potentially being amputated only for them to make excuses. Avoid this place at all costs.

Both Dr Melaik and Dr Agaibi are wonderful doctors. Give full attention to details, care for patients. Highly recommend

If you need a doctor that treats you and cares about the whole you and not just the condition you've presented with, then this place is for you.

Absolutely waist of time. Moved to Kurunjang a week ago looking for a permenant doctor in this area, went to this clinic and doctor treated me like a peice of dirt. Wouldn’t even let me finish what I was saying just sat there shaking his head refusing to give me a medical certificate even though I had a letter from my doctor supporting my situation. Totally refused to help with no explanation as to why he couldn’t help. I asked him to please let me finish what I was saying as it will explain why I need the certificate again he shook his head and refused to help saying “no not doing that”. Only gave a star as it wouldn’t allow to post otherwise. Doesn’t derserve it.

Doctor Milak charged 550 to write a report. What a joke. Would not go back there if you paid me.

Recommended this doctor. Takes the time to actually help and listen. Never had to wait long if booked appointment.
