3I concer with the other reviews, the sales assistant is so rude, my partner had to walk out the store due to her behaviour. I tried talking to her as I wanted to do the tasting, she sighed at every question I asked, had next to no knowledge of the products. Go here only if you like horrible and rude service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Had a very disappointing experience in this shop. The sales assistant couldn’t be more rude if she tried and clearly has no knowledge about wine. I would give this store an extremely wide berth.
The service at the Lorne shop was pretty below average. We found the shop attendant quite rude and short with us. It almost seemed like we were bothering her just being in the shop.
I think someone more friendly, who actually knows about the products would be better suited as the face of the shop front.
