St Annes Vineyards

Fantastic winery just down the road from Bendigo.
We visited on a weekday when most of the surrounding wineries in the region choose NOT to open.
Luckily for us, St Anne's is focussed on looking after the passing parade of tourists - many of whom prefer not to visit wineries on busy weekends.
We were greeted with excellent customer service by the very welcoming Emily.
We tried a wide variety of wines and purchased two or three boxes of the wonderful produce.
You will see this winery from the road when you are heading from Melbourne to Bendigo. We have driven passed here many times and are glad to have finally visited!

Dropped in on the way back to Melbourne (from Ballarat). Absolutely beautiful place, delicious pizza, lovely coffee and friendly staff. Even if you’re not a wine drinker, definitely worth dropping in.

We visited yesterday, it was the best wine tasting experience ever!

Jane was so welcoming & friendly, she knew what we like exactly. We visited so many wineries not only in Vic but also NSW & SA. However, we had the best time in here!

So many varieties of wine collection & everything was so gd, hard to choose one favourite

Can’t wait to go back w families & friends again.

Jane even brought water for my dog to outside! How thoughtful!

This winery is a gorgeous place with amazing customer service. I want to thank Jane who looked after us today and made our day beautiful. Jane is kind hearted, professional, and full of positive vibes. Definitely will be back! Highly recommended for those wine lovers

Lovely venue. Very friendly and relaxed staff, happy to allow us to eat entrees, then wine taste at the cellar door, and return and order our mains! Such a great place for father's day celebrations.

Had a great time here and will definitely be back. They are very generous with their samples, and I especially liked the ports. I ended up buying an Oak Cask with my favourite port. The food is limited to pizza, but those pizzas are great.

On a cold Saturday, a small group did a taste test. The staff were brilliant, the testers were very tasty and the barrels to take home with my favourite drop are divine… worth stopping by

Went for pizza sunday and absolutely loved it!
The ingredients were fresh and very tasty.
We loved the atmosphere with music!
Of course we enjoyed the wines too, especially their sparkling shiraz.

Unbelievable service we experienced here today.the team went above and beyond to help us arrange a 50th birthday gift today.apparently the best gift at the birthday party.thank u guys

Wine tasting was enjoyable. Plenty to try and they have some other local produce such as sweets and chocolate.
The kitchen was open and we sat outside. Pizza was plenty for two people. The chips kept my kids happy.
Will certainly be back to get more wine.

Took a look around because my son ans DIL have booked st Annes for their January wedding.
Just perfect. The chapel is stunning, recently repainted inside the reception rooms.
Gorgeous gardens.

Followed by a trip to the cellar door for some tastings, coming put with a bottle of their sweet rosè

We attended a lovely wedding at the winery.
It was a late afternoon and threatened rain, so the staff expertly moved the service indoors to an intimate, rustic room.
There are ample locations for photos.
The meals were delicious and the service good.
We could leave the vehicle overnight too.
A couple of things tho.it's cold, even in October, so rug up and bring a jacket.
And there are not a lot of transport options around here, so prepare a plan B if you're drinking.

A surprising great tasting wines, historic old jail bluestone barn on the vineyard grounds. Helpful host in trying the wines, a good variety and reasonably priced. Will be keeping an eye on FB page for the pizza, wine and live music events planned.

Hostess (both) were fantastic. A most enjoyable experience. An excellent experience with topical information about their wine and with great knowledge about the local community.

Been there a few times and always been welcomed by staff, mainly we got the privilege to meet Jane there who is very knowledgeable about wine and helps you understand your taste in wine.
She is also very friendly, felt like we knew her for years, always greets customers and always smiles.
Would recommend St. Anne’s Winery fully compared to other Wineries that I visited as I always feel welcomed and feel like home over there.

Had a great experience here - the lady serving us was lovely and the wine tasted great! Left with a barrel of port and a smile on my face.

Rudest cellar door we have ever been too. Was there to buy nice reds and a good tawny. Lady started cleaning glasses instead of serving us!? What!? Really. Dissapointed & Disgusted.

We had an awesome time at St. Anne’s this afternoon. Being on our second date Tina and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The wines are excellent across all tastes from sparkling to fortified and very reasonably priced. The tasting area is amazing and was warm on such a cold afternoon. The staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly, and in particular Jane, who’s wit and banter made our afternoon all the more amazing. I couldn’t recommend St. Anne’s winery more and look forward to going back again very soon

Some friends & I popped in Saturday for a lovely lunch, some wine tasting & of course some wine. The food platters & the wine we’re delicious & the service & hospitality was great. Will definitely be back to visit this lovely vineyard again soon. Thanks for a relaxing & enjoyable afternoon.
