St Albans Veterinary Clinic

We have been attending this VET both in West footscray and St Albans for 20 years and have never experienced any problems for those who have written negative comments because the wait time was longer than they expected boo hoo obviously the Vets were busy and they do accommodate for emergencies they are fantastic thanks to all the crew for helping keep our pets healthy.

One of their staff members is so rude, not the first time she has been rude to me. I dont remember her name but I make sure I will never come back this vet because of her. I really don't understand why they have a really bad reception and bad customer service. I wonder how many customers they have lost because of her and their reception. It’s so rude

Highly recommend this clinic. Friendly and caring people. Been several times with our pets.

So far, I have not had any issues with any of the vets, and they have been looking after my fur babies well.

Good customer service but bit slow! Take so long to served. Maybe need more staff on this this veterinary.

Had been going to Paddy for many years. Kim is excellent. I only wish they could bring back senior discounts.

We have been going here for 10+ years. The staff have always been so caring and compassionate. They know all our dogs and are always so gentle with them. I recommend everyone to these vets.

Brendan seen my two dogs today. He was very professional and informative. He offered lots of advice and tips. And wasn't the least bit pushy about anything.

Lovely staff, cheaper places but you're paying for the love they give to every animal.

I'm happy with the service that the vet helped us I just wish it was another way to bring our dog back (bullet) ?

Counter staff great. Facility outdated.

Vet advised my cat was over weight but didn't cinsder his breed and actually we ended up restricting his food and making him lose weight when he should have put on more weight. Didn't know this before taking him to a different vet and them advising us

What a great clinic and staff. I tried to book my dog into my regular Vet and they have a 4 week wait. I called St Albans Vet and got my dog an appointment the same day! How good is that! The veterinarian doctors are so friendly and very knowledgeable. Will be coming here from now on. Thank you.

Yeah was pretty good apart from having an appointment & had 2 wait for about 35mins after that before going in but it was also the 1st time i've been so that might be normal over all I was happy with the vet that saw my dog.

I always see Eric. He is brilliant and is always great with my cats. The staff are all very helpful too with any concerns I have with my cats. ️

I took my dog Wednesday the 28th September for a nail clipping. Advised before that my dog needs to muzzled and is very unsettled when getting it done. We waited an 1 hour and 15 minutes. While putting the muzzle on, my dog was very distressed and my father was trying his best to hold my dogs head away so he couldn't move away or bite. The vet nurse we had was very impaient and said to my dad "that is not how you hold a dogs head" in a rude manner like my father is trained to do this. I asked if the nurses could come in as they are trained and was refused by saying "no" rudely. Because of my dogs reaction (which was extremely stressful already for both my father and I) whilist in the process of cutting the nails, he was saying my dog is like this cause his spoilt and that he has no manners etc, all because he was scared. I was crying seeing my dog distressed and he just continued saying how bad my dog is.
I will be not seeing this certain vet nurse again, not sure of the name as we just wanted to get out, so I didn't check. And $38 for a nail clipping is a ridiculous price.

First time visit with our Girl Puppies so
We were greeted by the receptionist, who after finding out who we were she informed us what wpuld happen and then showed us the room in which we should wait.we didnt wait long maybe 15 minutes before
Our Vet Dr Amanda Yew walked in
She introduced herself explained step by step what was going to happen. She was good with our puppies. We found our visit pleasant and friendly.
We really like Dr Amanda. Great job ladies on reception and Dr Amanda.

The St Albans Vet Clinic team were very friendly and helpful. The veternian Louise, was very patient with us and our puppy. Our puppy was very calm and happy with Louise and his visit at the vet.

We went in for 4 microchips and the only complaint was, we were kind of scolded because we weren't doing the first vacs.to be honest I have a good vet but was in sunshine north and it needed doing at that point.however vets were fast efficient, the trainees were helpful happy and really nice and they got us in asap.

Lovely clinic. Clean and friendly. The vets are polite and kind to the pets and owners. Would definitely recommend

Very Friendly VET, Not Expensive at all.

But i'm giving it 4 stars because the staff at reception is very rude. They don't even smile or reply to ur wishes.
