St Albans Sweet Sounds Early Learning Centre

We love Sweet sound early learning centre. My children’s second home. The team has been amazing from day 1 and our two children are so well cared for at the centre. We love the staff and their programming plus the food is superb delicious. (kids review) We are so happy with this centre and kudos to the amazing team of staffs and our beautiful Centre Manager and Assistant Manager. (Gurdeep and Samira)

Excellent Service! Highly recommended. Centre Manager "Gurdeep Sidhu" is very supportive and very kind lady. All the staff are also very friendly and caring.

We had such a lovely experience at Sweet Sounds. The educators are very friendly and the centre is run by Gurdeep who is super helpful, supportive and genuinely cares for all the children that attend there.

We are only leaving the centre because my sons school has decided to go with another carer for Before and After School Care. The staff in my sons room are amazing. They take the time to get to know you and are very welcoming. Kerry and Samira are the friendliest staff. I highly recommend this centre and I will miss them

I was sending 2 of my children there. I had walked in and from the corner of my eye I seen a child in the office. I look, it was my son. I walked in and no one was with him. I grabbed him and walked towards the room to get my other child and as I looked in the room I seen the educators looking around and one had asked if they had seen my son. Then I walked in and one goes oh there he is, with his mum. I said excuse me? None of you even knew where my son was? How did this happen? One of the educators explained that it's pick up time and parents are coming in and out. So I said none of you were watching the door? Was not impressed at all.
Then a couple of weeks later I caught an educator grabbing my son. When she seen me she let go of him and he came running up to me crying and saying "mummy teacher hurt me". He was Still in pain when we got home.
I made a complaint about that educator and it went to "investigations". And I requested that, that educator not be in the same room as my children and it was denied. Then the educator/centre made up allegations about me to child protection out of spite coz I took the matter further.
And obviously now my children do not attend the centre no more.
I do not recommend this centre.

My little girl has been going there since September. I orientated her during the peak of the second wave of covid. I can’t fault them. I was given so much reassurance from the manager. My girl has never been sick from daycare something that I worried about considering I work in an industry that I can’t just leave work to get her. The staff are fantastic in their communication and my girl is super settled there and really enjoys herself. She loves school as we call it.

My 1 year old attended for a short time before we moved. He settled quickly and loved Mamta (he called Mampa), Samira (the cook) and Juliana. Samira went above and beyond to order lactose free alternatives and I loved the app they used where I had real time updates on Sleep, how much he ate and nappy changes. The staff are very responsive and caring. We were very happy with our time there

Adaptable staff, friendly welcoming atmosphere. My children with disabilities enjoy the holiday program which despite Covid restrictions gave them fun filled days. Food enjoyed by my fussy eaters:)

Listen i was about to take my toddler here. Its a long story but i stayed watching the educators interact and one of them called Chao was abusive and neglectful towards a little 2 year old girl who was actually new. I stayed there for 20min and she had already been crying and NOBODY did a THING i asked them about jt and then what i saw wen i left the room and lookes thru the window was disgusting Chao was putting her hand in the little girls face not touching but like "talk to the hand coz the face aint listening" i stormed in and picked up the little girl gave her a cuddle and she calmed down in mintunes. I asked all 3 workers there as to why they didnt do what i was doing? None of them answered Chao was trying to get in my face but i told her i was busy doing her job and i had to leave coz she was being full on and i had to get anothe staff from. Another room, i was crying i talked to the manager and put in a complaint to the department.it was obvious that Chao did NOT LIKE CHILDREN it didnt take a genius! I asked the manager as to why she had emplemployed her and she said that she has issues with her too and to make that complaint go higher. Im nEver leaving my kids in child care.

I used this service in past ago for my youngest child the staff were very good everyday my child was happy to get drop off and wave goodbye.she always tell me she doing the learning activety and she was improved on her english and make friends.i want to say thank you to me for tram rite dooneessha megan juliet alicia fuzmena for your taking care of my daughter.its means alot to me to see my child really in the childcare

A great centre with extremely welcoming, caring and nurturing staff. I feel comfortable sending my children there. Love the environment and facilities available to the children
