St Albans Pizza Point

Ordered American Spare Ribs for almost $20.but there are relatively more bones than meat.please see pic. Will not order again from this place.

Pizza was sloppy ingredients are cheap no taste good joint if your in desperate need as they are open long hours

Ordered food with the little money I had left, and turns out it is not arriving, called and no help from store as well. Never ordering again, not worth the headache and stress.

Ordered before 11 pm waited until 12 to call to find out there wasn't even an order on the line.

I told the person over the phone if they could offer any help as i am now left with no money, no food and hungry, she said no.

Thank you for the reassurance and knowing that you DONT care for customers.

Gr8 prices and pizzas also the nuttela desert pizza is the bomb, with strawberries & bananas

What a waste of money! I ordered pizza from St. Albans pizza point last night and it was so bad that i couldn’t eat it and felt really disappointed, toppings were so less and they charge more for that, moreover, the lady on phone was really rude the way she was taking order because she wasn’t even in mood to take my order properly and it felt like she want me to disconnect phone without give her any order and sounds really like she is the owner of pizza store and don’t want to run this store, I assume they have changed their staff because this is second time i got sh$ty pizza and regretting why i order from them, finally end up by ordering from other pizza store. Waste my $$$$$$ I really want to give 0 star but no option there pizza

Twice on seperate occasions i ordered pizza through uber eats and my orders were cancelled with no reason. Worse service ever

Good place, consistency in food quality. These guys are open till late and always serve you with a smile!

Bought two large pizzas, drink and garlic bread. Advertised on the window at one price (around $27) and got charged $33.90 and that’s very dishonest on their behalf for a well below average pizza. Won’t be eating there again and there are plenty of other alternatives in St Albans.

I have never encountered a pizza that I couldn't eat because all pizzas are special, even the not so good ones! PIZZA FOR LIFE!

Pizza's were amazing! It was 10 minutes before closing time but they still took my order and delivered it fresh! I'm about to order again now! Lol

Moved to this area a couple of months ago, and live only a short walk from here and there food is always great as is the staff

I ordered their pizza and was very nice, I love how quick their service was however when it comes to over phone ordering I believe they could be a bit nicer. But over all their food is great, well apart from their pastas. Would order again, Thank you

Extremely poor customer service and also didn't even get the right pizza i ordered when calling the the lady regarding the issue she was rude and didn't even offer to fix the pizza so long story short i now have this disgusting pizza like who puts half raw baked potatos on a pizza is getting fed to my rubbish bin

After reading the negative reviews on this site, I just want to chip in and share a story on how my Pizza Point experience went. So I was ordering 6 family Pizza for myself, it was around nighttime and there were many customers around me. I made my order and the Christine was very kind to me and double checked each item. My orders came in fast, the food was good and I was satisfied with their customer service. I must recommend to go this pizza point for having a great pizza and I would still recommend dining in aswell at St Albans Pizza Point.

So i am casual customer here, food is good mostly and sometimes not (like worst). I ordered from here for the first time for a "free-home delivery" (wow, because i normally pickup from here) just today and they charged 15$ for a med pizza of 9.50$, i asked y? ! And the delivery guy made me speak to the girl who processed my order and she kept repeating the same thing over and over again that the min.is 15$ for delivery and she didn't let me know that while i placed my order, I EVEN asked; is it 9.50$ for the med.pizza while placing. Moreover, she was arguing over that its only few more dollars. I gave the delivery guy the money so that he can leave rather than caught up in argument of ours. And i called the pizza point again and said "can i speak to the manager? ", the same person answered and said "sure, and cut my call immediately". Now i have to go to the pizza point in person to collect my refund, lets see what the manager had to say! Btw its a asian chinese lady probably.

So disappointed with Pizza Point, I ordered peperoni with their mildest peporoni but I got the very hot ones, I added pineapples on my pizza too but 1.50 (each half, as I ordered half-n-half total of 3) for adding pineapples is expensive with just 6 tiny bits of pineapples. Plus they have the worst greek salad ever. Not ordering again.

Worst pizza I have tried in my life. I took and bite and left the whole pizza as it is. You cannot go for long run if you serve food like this.

Very good service. Ordered a late delivery and put in the wrong address and didn't get the order. The day after called and spoke to their lovely staff who had put my meal in the fridge and offered to deliver cold despite me making a mistake. Wonderful food and great service, would eat from here again!

Worst pizza i ever had in my entire live. If you want to punish yourself and atone for your sins try out grilled bbq chicken pizza. Raw boiled 5 year old bland chicken.

Ok.below average pizza.no cheese in margarita if I need to mention further.dodgy menu online but comes different version in shop.
