Nice set up for play area and slide but way too small not built for kids more for laps and adult areas 4 pools one adults one lap lane again for mainly for adults small lessons pool and kids pool is tiny overall not really family friendly design

Great clean facilities that are very well managed by the helpful and friendly staff here! I am a regular member that uses only the gym, but with the pool, childcare attached to it and other rooms this place has, it really is a leisure centre for the local community.

Things to be improved are the staff. I know it is a big place but please hire staff that knows what they doing. People walking in their underwear between pools, dirty change rooms, People cleaning their mouths while in spas and saunas and staff are not ready to approach and caution these people. I thought we would have learnt our lesson after Covid.

Won't even answer the phone on a week day, have tried using evrry number option and still nothing.

How do you speak to a customer service operator or is the joint ran by bloody robots?

I saw some comments relating to the cleaness of the water. I thought I come to check it out myself. Disappointing, the water is a bit merky. Despite the pool area been big and spacious. I have swammed in many public pool in Melbourne and this one is definitely not on the clean list.
