SSV Everything 4WD

If you have anything that involves more than just installing simple technical gimmicks in Cranbourne, such as a camera or so, DO NOT HAVE IT DONE HERE!
They are not in a position to read clear technical wiring instructions or diagrams, for example for a standard car to tow a Caravan.
They sort of interprete the instructions to what they think is correct. If it is not, as was in my case, they simply „misinterpreted“ the chart. This did not happen once with the same task, but 3 times. Despite discussions with the company that issued the instruction they were not able to have 2 Anderson plugs fitted correctly and the regular 12 Pin Flat Plug adjusted. In the end they charged me lots of money for work not carried out properly. And I had to take the car to a Caravan Sales Company that finished the job in just over an hour. Above this we wasted 2 weeks of our vacation because Car and Caravan breaking system and battery charging did not work.

They always go above and beyond, great prices and even greater customer service.

I love coming to this shop, honestly, once you start you cant stop, they offer everything for your 4x4 that you could possibly need.

If you have a 79 series, just come here and get what you need done, save yourself the headache, ive been to other places before in the area and i havent been happy, not once have i left here with an issue or un happy.

Wouldnt trust anyone else with my cruiser, these guys know there stuff.

What a great store, very well laid out, excellent customer service. This is definitely a one stop shop, has everything I needed plus more. Very clean and well presented. I honestly couldn't fault the shop. I came in for a new headunit with no idea what to expect, Their staff pointed me in the right direction and really explain the products and what was best for me staying within my budget. Thanks

Great service by Glen and the team. Had a complete fit out of my new Land Cruiser including all bar work, lights, suspension and snorkel. It was the most competitively priced out of all the other majors and the works were completed on time with no fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else looking for decent service at a fair price. It was also nice being able to discuss the various solutions with someone happy to take the time as opposed to other providers where they have a level of arrogance.

Took my vehicle in for a quote on a getting a light mount fitted, when l went back to have the job done they substantially increased the quote. After they fitted the light it was very unstable, turns out they put the mounting bracket on upside down and only half the screws were fitted. They complained about doing the job and were very unwilling to take responsibility, very disappointed, do not recommend.

SSV Franchise best in the business, the 4wd side is second to none. Diem & Glenn are very thorough, seem less experience. I have been to a lot of 4wd places and can't fault anything. Great work team. The fitters there are awesome.

Excellent customer service, I broke a clear view mirror, a new one was ordered in very quickly and replaced within a short period of time efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend, the staff are eager to please.

I remember Scott May, I didn't trust him to mow my lawn when he lived next door and he was better at breaking things than fixing cars a bit of free money gone to his head I think, When you fail at everything Become A mechanic HAHA, Dodgy bloke keep your hand on your wallet, assume he's going to rip you off he's a shet Magnet.

Bought an item from them (Ironman), came with a 2 year Warranty. Item had a defect and after 4 months and 5 phone calls, none which were returned. I was given the part with advice on how to fit the part, was told if they were to fit the part I would have to pay for labour. Dont go there they wont be around for long treating customers like that.

Recently organised and fitted a number of upgrade bits to my BT but not without some issues, These fortunately were way outside Scott and his teams control, the way Scott dealt with these frustrating problems was magnificent. Wont go anywhere else and highly recommend Everything 4WD to anyone else.
