I have been lodging my tax returns with them for 3 years, and being a regular costumer there is a sense of trust, but definitely not the best experience this year because they charged me $110 for a ABN while all i asked for was my tax return and apparently i needed to have a ABN for certain part of my income. I was never told that i will be charged for it, all they said was that we will take care of the ABN. If they had made me aware of the charges i would've applied for a ABN myself, it's a 15 minutes process. Please be clear with customers about what you will be charging them and let them decide if they want the service or not rather than assuming that they will pay for it once it's already done.
