6 A newly opened up place in Brimbank Shopping Centre.
I have tried the chilli salsa bowl before. Today I ordered the Vegan Poke Bowl. Really nice and like always not at all disappointing.
Ekta, the owner and her daughter both are really nice to talk with and serves with a smile.
Delicious, nutritious, costomisable, and utterly not what we were expecting.
Just left with my home style bolognese order. It’s genuinely the freshest Spud Bar I’ve been to. Nothing to fault and they lady assisting was nice. Amazing addition to Brimbank Central
Had this twice now and can agree with other reviews that this is one of the better Spudbars I’be been too!

Loved the food I ordered the Tex-Mex spud and it was amazing the amount of food they give in one spud is amazing and filled me up very nice.
I got the classic spud and I was super happy with it! Very happy to have a gluten free food place in the area
