Ordered a medium HSP on Hungry Panda and when I went to pick it up, I got handed over a mini HSP.

I looked to see if I ordered the right size and when I asked them about it, they said they got the order for a small HSP, where their docket clearly mentions ‘Regular’.

Confused, I asked them about it and pointed them to their sizes and the pricing.
When I asked them why I was paying 18$ for a regular HSP when I got a mini which was 11$, their answer was that they lose a lot on commission, which is not the customer’s problem.
I was warned about their shady service and read the reviews prior but they just exceeded my expectations!

Nothing but Daylight robbery!

Misleading pricing, was charged extra for no apparent reason, the young boy at the counter said the prices have changed but the prices were not updated on the boards yet. Large HSP was $20.90 as per the menu and boards. However was charged $24.90. I queried it but the boy kept repeating that the prices will be updated soon. Not happy.

The food was very good and I loved the food. It wasn't like any other kebab it was better the flavour was fantastic. The meat is great.the sauce portions are very good if you are looking for a place to eat kebabs this is the place to go!

I have been there a few times great food and staff. There Kabuli Palou is the must order dish. I had it a few times already and still loves it.

Horrible customer service! Please be careful with the young boy out there. He charges extra for nothing saying prices increased and they haven’t updated the boards. Large HSP was 20.90$ as mentioned in the store which is already expensive than many other HSP places and he charged me 25.90$. You can clearly see that you’re being cheated and you can’t do anything about it as your order is ready! Worst thing that can ever happen to a hungry customer. I’m never gonna go this place again.

There HSP and kebab is really good and tasty, even there customer service is well mannered and polite and I recommend to visit and order food from here.

Not sure about inside the restaurant, but we had delivery and the food was cold.

The sauce was good but I was really expecting something at least warm.

Safe to say the worst kebarb food I've had. Cold dry and tasteless and rude service on top of all that.

Today I visite the shop and the food was very flavourful and reinvigorate. I loved the Kebab, the staff members were very friendly and kind.

I've known of this location since 2017 when the previous owner had their kebab shop under a different name. They were my favourite kebab shop in the area. Now with the new owners of this shop (Kebab143) taking over the location this past year, I am delighted that this shop is still going. Love the place! The owners are very nice and genuine people with lovely manners.

I always go for the mix HSP for lunch or dinner. Love the mix kebabs and chips on the side. Great portions and great taste! Can't wait to try as much as I can on the menu.

Got a HSP medium pack from this place Saturday night. I loved it! I highly recommend this eatery. It's just top quality food most kebab restaurants lack. Hygiene standards are high and service is efficient too.

Love the Kebab such a delicious meal especially their chocolate milkshake! Thank you 143 kebab for the yummy meal and definitely be coming back there again

One of the bestest, juiciest, and freshest kebab and HSP around Melbourne I went there once and I am so addicted to their kebabs I have to go there twice or even more a week. I recommend this place to everyone who is after a real good HSP, kebab and fresh juice trying is a must

Ordered delivery some time ago, mixed grill, chips, potato cakes and salad. Delivered piping hot, a lot of food, delicious, only minus, next time, garlic sauce, pls put in little plastic tub as it just spilled all out in the bag when you put it in the container like that. But.l do recommend this place for delicious and fresh tasting hot food, big and crunchy potato cakes!

Hands down the best HSP in Springvale/Clayton area. The quantity is great. The medium size hsp is actually similar to the large size hsp offered by most outlets. The meat is delicious and tender, and the chips are perfect (usually ignored in HSP's). The customer service is phenomenal. I would definately recommend this place to everyone who fancies a good HSP

Food is great, price is affordable and the staff are so friendly and inviting - always happy for a chat! Lovely family business.

Placed an Uber order for my class and it came 15 minutes late because there was only one person working. Food came lukewarm and customer service was atrocious.

Worst adana i have ever had smelt like an old grill that hadn't been cleaned for years will never eat here again nor would i recommend

$15.50 for a large mixed HSP and it looks like a small compared to other shops like Mumma’s in Oakleigh (which is the best so far), far greater value and flavour at Petta Pan opposite Safeway. Meats are not cooked traditionally and lacks in flavour. First and last time here I’m sorry.
