Best child care my son is very happily and been look after very well. All the educators are very nice.

This is the best child care for my son as I do have bad experience from previous childcare. In springvale 1 world of learning all the educators and centre manager is very friendly. They help my son to settle. I highly recommend this child care.

My baby has been to WOL 1 for nearly 6 months now. He loves to be there, and enjoys everyday. All educators and centre manager are very welcoming and friendly. I highly appreciate the teams effort for making this place so good.

Loved this child care. Teachers are very friendly and helpful. My kids love it so much and they learnt a lot of new things and skills from here. Would stay in this center until they go prep.

My girls have been attending Springvale 1WOL for 2 years now and I am very happy and satisfied with the level of care that this centre is providing. My kids are well taken care of and educators are all very lovely, kind, compassionate and been really helpful in nurturing my kids knowledge and help them develop their potentials. It's not the best in term of facilities as the building is bit small and old but doesn't really matter as the care that they're providing to my children have so far met and even exceeded my expectations. For sure my kids will miss attending Springvale 1WOL once they moved to prep level.

Bad service ever, especially ms Hoa, educator usually chatting to each other while kids is crying,

My 2yr old twins had been attending for 4 months now and I can see the big progress in terms of their development. The educators and carers are all wonderful. I can see that my kids are well look after and very happy going to Springvale 1WOL.

My son learns a lot and enjoys coming here every day. The staff are knowledgeable and help the children with their developments. They actually explore different approaches in dealing with each child based on their personality.
New activities are being offered to the children often.
The center's manager is also very friendly and willing to help with any enquiries. My younger son will be coming here when he's old enough.

I have two children; my first daughter is two years old and has been around for a year. At first time she cried when she was parting with me, but she quickly adapted with the friendly teachers. She loves this place so much and wants to go every day. I was worried about she can't understand English because we speak only Korean at home, but now she is learning English well at the centre and speak Korean and English together at home. Teachers actively help to be interested in English words, sentences and songs. I also participated in an open class, and I felt that all teachers are sincere, kind and friendly with the children. I could trust this place, so I began to send my second son a month ago. He is now 10 months old. Now he has become familiar with the educators and peers in the room. He took only a week to build up a trusting relationship with the educators. At the arrival, he would take a few minutes to settle, the educator was spending time with him to make him feel safe and comfortable in this new environment. The educator encouraged him to engage in the a variety of the activities. Now he is happy boy at the centre and yes, I'm so happy.
So I returned to work with relief. I really really want to say Thank you so much to all you there.

I have two girls attending this centre with one in the kinder room and other in the nursery. The educators are exceptional – friendly, trustworthy and hard working. The girls love the activities they have each day they spend there - learning lots with arts and crafts, engaging with other children and making friends, singing and dancing. I feel great comfort knowing that my daughters are in great care and enjoy their days whilst I’m at work. High recommend this centre.

We looked around for quite some time and couldn't be more happier when we found this place. The centre is smaller than most of the new bigger ones around these days but we like the personal close net experience that you get compared to a bigger and busier centre. Despite being an older building, it is very clean inside and always kept tidy. The staff and educators here are friendly, warm and caring. Very flexible with drop off and pick up times and any other out of ordinary requests that you may have. Would highly recommend this place!

Both my daughter and son go to this center, the educators are very friendly, patient and helpful, both of my children are well looked after. Very flexible with drop off and pick up time, all meals are included.

My daughter attends this centre and I could not be more happier with the care they provide to her. The educators are lovely and caring towards both children and families. Not only does my daughter have lots of fun and enjoys going, the education that they provide has given her so much confidence.
