Great food and service, on-line or in person. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The chicken, fish and chips, nuggets and salads are excellent, very tasty and we highly recommend them. We've been using this restaurant's service for quite awhile (at least a couple of years now) and my family and I have always come back for more, yummmm!

We throughly enjoyed lunch at Springers Charcoal Chicken. The food was delicious. The chips were cooked perfectly and nicely salted. The salads were tasty too. What stood out for us was the exceptional customer service. The gentleman serving us was so polite and accommodating. It was like nothing was too difficult for him. He went above expectations. The shop was clean with plenty of tables to dine in. There was real cutlery on the tables to use instead of plastic ones. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

Finally found a charcoal chicken which is worth driving the extra distance. Chicken wasn't dry. Gravy was delicious. Chips were cooked nicely and get you a decent amount. Tables inside/outside to dine in. Service was great and friendly owners. Clean and open space. Highly recommend if you want a nice charcoal chicken place to try.

When Uber couldn’t keep to their delivery time and made no attempt to communicate with me and it blew out by 1 hour 25 mins Soringers (Rebecca) kept me informed at all times. Food arrived hot and yummy as always. Next time will deal with Springers direct. Uber just lost me.
