Spring Health - Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

My experience at Spring Health has been amazing! I have had the most amazing health results that have significantly improved both my mind and body. Meredith is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door.

I have been going to Meredith O’Loughlan @ Spring Health for 1 week and have been impressed with the improvement in both movement and pain relief from using Acupuncture, changing my diet and using some Chinese Herbal medicine. I would say about 10-20 percent improvement. I have been in constant pain for many months and am now looking forward to the future with relief from pain.

After Chemotherapy and 35 Radiotherapy treatments I was not in good shape. Dr Bai's treatment helped in my recovery enormously,
to the point where my ENT specialists were surprised, I only regret that I did'nt start the acupuncture before I started my cancer treatment. Thank you Linghan for all you have done for me.

I had a beautiful session at Spring Health. The rooms are lovely and peaceful, the practitioners are experienced and lovely. I was warm and so comfortable and I feel very nourished.

Other treatments have offered me little relief from my condition, but after 7 weeks of treatment with Meredith, I have had some improvement! It's not surprising that improvement has taken some time. My partner and I saw Meredith and her associate following a pregnancy loss and difficulty getting pregnant again over the following months. I had 2 accupuncture sessions and was given some chinese medicine and my partner had a session too. A month or so later, we found out we were expecting and now have a beautiful 6 month old baby boy. I am terrified of needles but Meredith put me at ease. Highly reccommend.

I would sincerely like to recommend Bai and Meredith as very professional, caring practitioners. Bai is currently caring for my condition and slowly but surely, there is improvement with every treatment.

My partner was in excruciating back pain and she made an appointment for today 13/04/2022; the receptionist had told her it would cost $ 110 previously (All documents & invoices are available) but after the session, she was charged $ 140 and when she complained, the acupuncture practitioner said the receptionist made a mistake! This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and we have never ever experienced anything like it in Australia. The session took one hour and it did not help an epsilon as she is still in the same condition. We don’t know what kind of justice system you believe but we are not happy about the money we spent ….

I have been struggling with chronic fatigue syndrome amongst other things for almost 3 years and no one has ever understood or cared as much as Meredith. Within two weeks I started to notice a difference. Now a month in and it’s only getting better. For anyone who has tried everything else, like me, you will be amazed by what they do at spring health. Meredith was so lovely and helpful with my issue. I wasn’t too sure about the Chinese herbs at the beginning but she reassured me to stick with it and in a couple of weeks I was able to see the results. I loved that I was able to take a natural approach through herbs and diet changes rather than relying on medication. I’d definitely recommend Meredith to others!
