Spotlight The Glen Creative (Craft, Party, Sew)

One of the good branch, we are near to Carnegie, but most of the time items are run out of stock. Then we go to this branch and as of today we could get what we want.

Beautiful and tidy. Everything was easy to find and they had nice staff. The location was simple to locate and I ended up buying some materials.

I called to check if they had an item in stock. They found the last one and held it for me and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I picked up other amazing bargains instore and without hesitation would shop at this branch from now on.

This morning we had the pleasure of being served by Amity whilst picking out balloons for a birthday party, she did an amazing job of making sure that everything was covered and we were given as much information as possible! Even as the store was getting busier, Amity kept herself composed and professional. Thanks again Amity!

A nice outlet! Helpful understanding customer service. Realised there was a mistake about the date for bd balloons due to a misunderstanding, but the staff didn’t let me down and prepared 20+ helium balloons, numbers and characters in half an hour, just before my little ones BD party (would have been devastating otherwise!)

Not much stock as compared to the other Spotlight outlets. The desk staff is not helpful and appeared grumpy.

I always had a great experience at this store but my last experience was pretty bad we ordered helium balloon bunch and what we got was a very badly arranged bunch. This is very unlike if spotlight unless they have inexperienced staff.it was total waste of money.

Quite a small spotlight compared to the larger stores. It's compact, neat and tidy, aisle are narrow. Helpful staff. Good for your basic art/crafts and material

This store is located on the top level of The Glen, Glen Waverley (above Woolworths). It is a relatively small store and the stock is well packed in (tends to make it feel messy). It's a typical Spotlight, just on a small scale. Staff were a little disinterested on the day, except one guy who was quite helpful

A small but all essential store. If there's a price checker installed that will save lots of time to get the cashier to check individual prices

There's a wide variety of cloths and other craft items, combined with friendly staff and other discounts, this place is in the spotlight if you need to make a masterpiece.

It is a craft store so does not have window furnishings. Heaps of crafts and sewing machines and materials etc.

Went in this morning to get some fabric. Very bad customer service. The girl who is served me with no manners and rude. She should learn how to serve customers.

Aaron was a great help, super friendly. Sorted out a balloon arrangement for me super quick and was great every step. Couldn’t recommend higher!

Very friendly staff who will try to help you with anything you need. I had to make a return which was done so well and then ended up purchasing yarn for my next project. The baloon arrangements for parties are very well done too! Great store to visit for your crafting and party needs.

Good service, didn’t have the exact balloons I wanted but for the price I paid they were great.

The addition of Spotlight in The Glen is of great convenience to us. Believe it not, I like doing mending and bits of house work repairs most of the time, I suppose you kind of like develop the habit as this is primarily what I do in my line of work. Spotlight supplies me more than what I need. They have threads, lights etc more than enough to keep me busy. Price-wise, the items are fairly priced.

The aisles are a little small but otherwise a lovely store! Staff are always super friendly and I appreciate that so many people are always working there at once. The craft sections are all I need in a spotlight store!

Happy that there’s Spotlight here at the Glen. You’ll find it right in the heart of the Glen Shopping centre. Easy to find buttons, fabrics, threads, knitting, etc that are fairly-priced as well. Overall, pretty convenient store to do your Christmas decorations. Staff are helpful and friendly too.
