Helpful staff, well stocked compared to some smaller spotlights, convenient parking. Expect to walk out with more than you were intending to buy (fellow crafters know this feeling too well!)

Not impressed. Between 3pm - 3: 30pm today I waited at the back counter for service. The senior woman serving a customer was more interested in socializing than serving me. I waited 15 minutes before giving up as they continued their personal convesation. I left my stuff and walked out. I will go elsewhere for my crafting needs.

If you want friendly staff, helpful staff or any service at all GO ELSEWHERE!

Seriously what is wrong here, every time, staff morale seems to be extremely low, is spotlight not good to work for or something

Young lady with brunette hair knew the products well and was extremely helpful. She brightened up the whole cushion section. Great customer service and a wide range of products.

I was surprised to find a large art easel at Spotlight. Did not know they had arty stuff. Needed it to hold information board at my market stalls

Big range of products, staff were helpful. A little crowned in some spots when trying to use a wheelchair.

Only been there a few times but it seems to be well stocked if you knew what you wanted Whatmore can I say

Spotlight has become just another store, it was a specialised store with what the customer needed for sewing, crafts, knitting etc. All the things to make clothes and home items, now it's just another department store trying to sell stuff. Very disappointing.

Very professional, friendly staff made my purchasing at Spotlight an enjoyable experience. Thanks for the variety too.

Excellent choices! I went nuts and ordered bedding worth 500$ lol. The options available are plentiful.this is the best collection i have seen. Definitely coming back to them again soon!

Very congested shop with a lot of fabric and craft supplies. It is difficult to find things in this shop and staff is not very helpful or knowledgeable about where things are located in the shop. Liked the choice, dislike the layout and service.

From homewares to crafts, fabrics, sewing machines and the like, its got one of the best ranges available.

Staff are pretty friendly and helpful, which is great when you're lost in the store.

One assistant I spoke to had brilliant product knowledge, of a section that was not hers! Awesome!

Horrible place. Went in to buy wool and spent way too much. Didn't buy the wool though.love spotlight!

Can never find anyone to help, but have to admit everyone was wearing a mask, so was very impressed with that. They have everything a craft person may want so it's really the only place to shop.

Easy parking, plenty of stock and was lucky enough to be there when they had 50% off all yarn. Very happy

The service here is generally pretty good. I’m new to sewing and the ladies at the counter have been quite helpful when I’ve had any questions.
My only qualm is that the fabric section is very crowded together and can be tricky to find what you’re after.
