Constantly looks rundown.flashing lights.half stocked shelves.never have the stuff you want.just go to Essendon store.honestly, its worth the drive. It doesn't look like they restock anything- like they are waiting to shutdown.staff- some are always helpful and some.are not

Couldn't find stock of ribbons and decoupage paper, I needed and no help around the store.

Plenty parking. Navigation in shop a bit challenging with few stores personnel to assist. Quick click and collect service. Highly recommend

Nice place to buy costumes. It has so many costumes choices for adults too. I really loved the mandalorian and batman costume. It also has a very big section for arts and crafts. Nice place to buy gifts such as cookwares and decorating items.

Spotlight Mega Store! Everything under one roof for crafts, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Favourite Spotlight store!

Good variety, not hassled by staff. Awesome variety of kids costumes and accessories. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is busy and full of stock but not dirty and not hard to find what your looking for.

I am giving 5 star because of the good service from staff name Olivia, i wish I had the option to give 0 star for another staff who didn't even listened or checked about return policy for clearance items, I had to replace the sofa cover because it was too short, nothing was mentioned on receipt or anywhere. After that arrogant staff, I went to counter and speak to Olivia, who did the right thing and asked the store manager and refunded for my returned item.

Love this store! I spend ages in here! Got some great bargains. Team are very helpful and friendly.

The staffs are very rude specially the blonde girl whenever I ask her something she makes faces doesn’t know how to serve a customer.

Pathetic customer service. Lady at the door has no idea what a medical exemption looks like. She was rude and arrogant. Doesn’t listen to customers when showing medical exemptions. Will never shop there again and will let all my family and friends know not to waste their time.

Some of the staff are so helpful and kind but some are really mean and they behave as if u have hurt them in ur previous life

Not much customer service. I was walking around looking for staff to help But the service was good. Looks like they are short staffed

Complete store for home however prices bit on higher side compared to other stores for same products.

Very helpful staff when I was confronted with issues regarding roller blinds. Were happy to replace broken fittings and bent poles. Very nice and helpful women in the blind department made solving problems much easier.

Overall, excellent range of products and fair prices throughout. The staff are hit or miss, some are lovely and go above and beyond to help you, others can’t even seem to put a smile on their face.

I went here for kitchenware and pillows, so visited very little of the store. However, they had the decent quality items I was after.

Great staff and good store. We had a great experience at this store. Generally the waiting time is a bit more but friendly staff and great variety of products so it doesn't matter.

Took my auntie who is an enthusiastic seamstress thinking since this was a new store we'd find new fabrics that weren't available in their more established stores

We were both extremely disappointed since not only was there anything different on offer but the shop floor with various items was extremely untidy and unkempt

As the store was so disorganised we found this uninviting and the very young shop assistants were not only far too engaged with each other and socialising between themselves to offer us much assistance

There product knowledge seemed extremely limited and responses differed between staff

Staff need to be consistently trained in both their procedures and products as well as those on the register since the conflicting information was annoying and unnecessary
