Spotlight Horsham

I spend a lot of time sewing. Ive just visited the Horsham store and the shelves are basically empty. Im told the "powers that be" have downgraded the store AGAIN! If youre a sewer, dont bother with the Horsham store! Im disgusted that I will now have to travel 2 hours to get to a decent Spotlight store to get decent fabric. What a joke!

Spotlight is my favourite store and the Horsham store has most items in stock, otherwise you can order online.

I didn't need much but they had exactly what I needed. The young lady that served me was quite polite & friendly

This is a fab spot. The staff know their stuff and are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble! The facility is top notch and the range of gifts and souviners is excellent. A must stop when in the part of Australia.

Some if l can't find anything l have to chase somebody up to find it they should have more than 1 person at the front desk

Rather untidy and very cramped. Boy at Cash register looked like he loathed his job. Couldn't look me in the eye nor even spoke to me. Disappointed.

I love the specials, everyone can have the best bedding at reasonable prices and occasionally you can get specials where you save up to 80%. I recommend shopping here for arts and çrafts, sewing needs linen and much more. I recommend shopping here.

Excellent! Extremely happy with purchasing a house lot of curtain rods and sheer curtains. Very helpful staff, served immediatley and helped select the right sizes that would have taken me all day by myself. Great discount, always a great shopping pleasure at horsham spotlight.

Good range of products but staff don't seem to want to be there. Service is poor, they just don't seem interested, that's if you can find them!

I always have a wonderful time in there the staff are very helpful when I can't find what I am looking for.

Sadly l can't purchase the painting supplies that l need from this store. Nor can l find several beading necessities, which obviously are not stocked. However almost everything else, and l mean EVERYTHING, l can find. A happy shopping visit, and always smiling staff at the counter. Lovely!

A few containers not in their place cant say it was done by a customer because to many of the same item neatly on shelf.

They was very helpful when I asked if they had a pattern for face masks and handed me a pattern and didn't even charge for the pattern

Every single team member I have met in store has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The store was always clean and tidy. Sales in store are amazing as well.

Great store lots of products like most spotlights. Staff were helpful and friendly. We always go their for our art and craft supplies. Usually have specials on numerous items which is great. The memberships is good too for regular discounts.

Everything you need in one shop and prices to die for. Negotiate a price could be possible here.

The quality of spotlight stores varies greatly.
This one presents much better than most, but it's small, and has a very limited range compared to most.
But for Horsham, it's the only choice, and well worth it.

Quick and easy to find what I was needed. Good service by staff at the counter. Very polite and happy to serve me.
