Easy to locate the place from new flyover old geelong road it's on the left. Lots of parking spaces.

Staff Cassie was very helpful in choosing Shear and Blockout curtains on 14/9/23 around 8: 30pm.
Her expertise and patience to serve us to pick our 5meter wide curtain and sheer by showing us practically how to use Pencil pleet pins and how to create a pleets with demo, helped us to purchase close to $900 very confidently.

Store super messy almost feels impossible to find desired products. Some items are ridiculously expensive, and customer service is very challenging to find someone to help.

Wednesday l went to Spotlight in Werribee to purchase a pair of Harry Potter glasses for my boy who has book week coming up, and was served by a lady named Dot, who was extremely kind & very helpful.

Thank you Samantha and Anne in the fabric department at Werribee store. I was completely out of my league but you made my chore so much easier. Your expertise and patience was very much appreciated, especially with so many customers! Werribee store.more staff are needed after so many weeks of lockdown and with the festive season looming. Some of the staff make you feel that they don't want to be working there. Otherwise the store has a great variety.

The product is great. European Feather pillows. It used it for my cushions filling. Just what I needed. The customer service when I received it was not. Very abrupt.

Staff on fabrics are very busy and shelves are not always kept tidy, paper patterns are not filed correctly and the pattern books table is often a real mess

I have come here with my mum who is in a wheelchair and while we accept that the chair doesn’t fit down the aisles of fabric bolts (this seems to be a universal fabric shop problem) the walkway that loops around the store is very narrow at some points where I have to move displays to be able to fit the wheelchair. Please make sure your main walkway at the very minimum is wide enough for a wheelchair.

Badly arranged, cluttered store where Customer Service doesn't exist particularly at the checkout. Talking to others, no matter the reason, while serving is just poor form, made me feel ignored and unimportant. Once upon a time the customer came first. I definately won't be back.

Fantastic service as always, the ladies in the fabric department are a credit to Spotlight! They are great to talk to and always willing to help! I always spend over $100 and everytime I walk away with a bag full of bargains.

I can honestly say I have never had worse customer service anywhere in my life. It’s not a once off thing it is every single time. Staff never smile or ask how you’re going it is like they don’t even want to be there. It makes shopping there completely uncomfortable and pretty much unbearable, like I am such an inconvenience. It is not even just this store! Spotlight as a company really needs to fix something because customer service is clearly not something they care about. It’s like they know people will still come because it’s the only accessible place for these specific things so they just genuinely don’t care what people think of the place, or what their experience is like.

A good place to pick up any crafting, DIY or homeware related supplies. I remember a few years back that this store had a completely different layout and design.

This morning I had the most unfortunate experience of dealing with your front of house service member - Rebecca.
She was intolerably rude, It is not the first time I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with utterly miserable, rude and unhelpful staff at this branch, so much so that I have started online shopping so I don’t have to come into your branch and deal with these staff members you have hired for some reason.
They clearly don’t want to be there.
Unfortunately there was a item missing in my online order so I had no choice but to come in to store today. She was on her mobile at the front desk and looked at me like I was interrupting her on her tea break.
She did not apologise for the missing part of my order just told me to go get it from the back of the store since she was clearly so busy on her phone.
She was rude and unhelpful from start to finish.
I strongly hope that you discuss her attitude within the workplace as honestly it was appalling.

It might be worth reminding her that it’s people like me that contribute to her wages being paid. Without customers you have no need for staff.

There are lots of people seeking work why not employ some of them!

Very helpful staff. Well appointed and free car parking. Although smaller than others, its tidy and well set up. I like the bargain section
