The team here are fantastic! I didn't catch the name of the lady I spoke with when I called up to see if they could accommodate my last minute order but she was wonderful

I ordered material on line had difficulty difficulty changing delivery to click and collect not a user friendly site.l didn't realise VIP status wasn't applied and was charged full price.l contacted customer service only to be disconnect 1/2 hour later. Rang again following day after another 40 minute wait was told too bad.should have registered VIP status online. Terrible customer service have been VIP member for many years.very disappointed

I can't believe that the customer has to purchase over $30 to click and collect. Be greatful that you get customer's purchasing from your store in the first place. Unhappy customer

Would be great with a returns and query desk instead of lining back up at the very busy checkouts

Undergoing renovations so very hectic. Not enough staff to guide shoppers as everything is messed up. Staff is lovely

For all our bedding, craft and blinds for our home, l find it hard to go past Spotlight. Great store

The staff are always helpful and as quick with service as they are ready to stop and have a chat. And stock is almost always available and easy to find!

Customer service needs work. I was buying over $200 worth of upholstery fabric waiting in line to get it cut. Waited over 15 minutes in the que at the upholstery counter (not an exaggeration, it was almost 20 minutes), while only 1 woman was getting served before me. 3 staff spent time walking away from the counter to help woman with blinds. I was with my 4 yro. One of the staff very sweet lady, she felt for us, my son was very patient all that time, she gave him a bouncing ball to play with. Long time customer, pretty disappointing waiting time especially considering 3 staff available but all dedicated to 1 customer instead of spreading out duties. Staff at front counter usually very unfriendly, non-verbal, apart from one of the girls who is efficient.

AAA amazing BUT still alot of empty shelves. Sale bins everywhere. If you shoppe like there is no tomorrow YOU will love it

Customer service needs work! My phone call got placed on hold for just over half an hour just to be told the item i was looking to purchase has been discontinued despite their website claiming it was still available and in stock.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The stock range is huge! Cloth, crafting, party, homewares. We found exactly what we wanted and we're served fairly quickly given how busy they were.

Staff was very helpful even thou they didn't have what we wanted but they told us what store close to us had the items

We had a great experience when picking curtains. A staff member called Tanya was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping us pick our curtains and accessories

Spent a lot of time looking and could not find what I wanted. Could not find anyone to ask. Queues everything.

Big store with a normally good selection; however, with a recent run on mask making supplies some of the shelves were looking bare. At the cutting tables one lady was friendly and helpful while the other was a bit curt.

Wide range of home decoration and craft supplies. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team members available to answer questions and provide advice.
Unfortunately, supplies for making face masks were not in stock.

Could not view fabrics as the lines to be served ran down the ailes where the fabric was, no chance of social distancing while shopping, very poor planning and the udual lack of service

Bought helium balloons and quilting fabric, only problem is they don't employ enough staff to keep the place tidy
