Made a purchase that I wanted a towel for a gift 50% discount due to membership good deal.

All spotlight staff at every store I've been in across Australia are gruff bordering on rude

Hey Fellas! It's not as bad as it looks. I rate it mate with 5 stars for friendly service with a smile. Also the costumes are very cool too. There something for everyone so go on and get down there fellas!

Plenty of parking and location is easy to navigate. Stocks for items on sale are usually available in-store which is great. Store is generally tidy but can get a bit messy especially when shopping for Christmas items but otherwise floor layout is easy to follow and items are clustered according to use and for which area of the house the item is needed. Makes shopping a lot easier!

Great prices and we got amazing deals on a queen size electric blanket and king single memory foam mattress topper. My wife also comes here to buy stuff to make necklaces but the prices for that kind of stuff are pretty exorbitant, especially compared to online shops like shein and Ali express. It's also not a great store if you have a trolley as there's very little room in the aisles

Wouldn't recommend this store if you are needed orders within 24 hours AS STATED on their website.after 24 hours of purchasing our order we got an email saying it was cancelled considering we had called and they had assured us that it would be ready within 24-hours.this order was an important for my Childs year 12 project and we had mentioned on the phone to which they had assured us it would be ready.very disappointed and would not recommend.

The Staff member who served me when I picked up my Click and Collect order today was not wearing a mask. There may have been a good reason but I felt very uncomfortable. Any Staff member dealing face to face with the public should be Covid Safe.

So I needed some raffia to tart up a hamper for father's day. Spotlight was the obvious choice to purchase said product. As I'm in Melbourne the only options are delivery and click 'n' collect. I didn't want to pay for delivery seeing as I'm about 3km from the store so I choose click 'n' collect. Alas, there's a $30 minimum. $30! Really? ! Anyway, it all worked out because another company had the same thing at nearly half the price, with no minimum order. Won't be going here again, unless it's absolutely necessary. Very disappointing!

Great stock, including best range af artist supplies, I have seen. Awesome prices, great staff attitudes and knowledge.

Staff lady on self serve register was sarcastic when l asked for help with scanning my Spotlight card. It wasn't my fault the face to face checkout wasn't open.

This is a large store my friend and I went to Bayswater there were not many floor staff both my friend and I had to search around the store to find someone to help my friend did find someone who was more than helpful and friendly I however took awhile to find someone who was also helpful but they didn't have black felt so was unable to get what I needed this is probably due to stock shortage

Products and prices are good, I find the customer service in this store usually quite poor. Waiting in the customer service line for 10 minutes to pick up goods as the email instructed, when I finally got to the front I was told to pickup item from layby. No store signage to direct to click and collect and a 10 minute wait in the "customer service" line is way too long, especially when there were 2 people being served and 2 people waiting.

Accommodating staff when I didn't receive my VIP offer email they sorted it out and honoured the discount

Have a look around in store for your crafting need, heaps of crafting tools and materials are available. You could find, every thing for your sewing prohect too.

The advice from staff has always been really helpful. It's such a large store with great variety that it can be had to find what you are looking for.

Very disappointed with there self service. The staff treat you like you’re a thief, follow you around and never usher people if colour. I have noticed every time I go there I’m always discriminated. Other people (white) are greeted and never followed around like donkeys. Some staff are rude and lack customer service. Worst spotlight to shop in.

I’ve been looking for sheets in a particular colour gor some time now, and I’m happy to say that at last I got them from my favourite Spotlight store at Bayswater.

Love that they are open till late on weeknights. Service was fabulous, quick and convenient. The place to go for lady minute helium balloons!

I can usually find the craft or sewing items I need here. The staff are knowledgeable, however there is an need for more staff (on the floor) to give directions or to answer questions.
