Spotlight Ballarat

Spotlight send junk emails even though I have unsubscribed on every email for over a month. I created an account because a product was out of stock at my store, so ordered online.

I totally regret it, and won’t shop there again. Stores that ignore unsubscribe is a violation of privacy.

Lovely lady kiera who helped us today with our click and collect it wasn’t ready but she actually picked our order for us and got it to us very thankful. I was not impressed by the other person serving as she pulled a face when she was told that we were here for a click and collect very bad customer service and sad that you have to be like that. If that is the attitude then don’t work a Sunday thanks Kiera

Both customer service officers were excellent. Very efficient and helpful when packing my goods. I went in on two occasions in same day. Lovely.

Above and beyond the young new staff were amazing helps finding a missing item that was still on top deck shelf and not on show absolute legends thank you

If you are looking to order balloons, be wary that they may not be ready at the time arranged. I booked balloons for my sons birthday party, they were not even started when I went to collect them. Staff were apolgetic but I will be ordering them elsewhere next time.

I always get distracted whenever I Go to spotlight. There's a way something you need.

I just have to thank the wonderful Georgie who was on the register this afternoon when I went through. What a a treasure you have working for you very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rang the store 4 times last night, opening hours, no one answered.
Just now I rang and yep same.

I have been in the store 3weeks in a row and the DMC threads have not been topped up. Yes sale on but 3weeks.

Gosh the bedding, wool, other things in store well stocked up.
Over it.

Staff are friendly and helpful! Become a Member and you'll benefit financially on a range of items at different times of the year! Great for bedding sheets & donna covers and 'Halloween' decorations and 'Christmas' decorations!

They have great art supplies at a great price and the service person was good and friendly. I got some great bargains to set up my art studio.

The place has a wide variety of products but rates are expensive and staff are not so welcoming.

It's not the best spotlight store, it's always messy and they never have the stock on the floor even if the website says they have it. There's some really rude ladies that work here and when I had to return my faulty cricut the lady was absolutely awful, like I wasn't already upset my $600 machine was broken. Annoying

I was looking to make something for my partner as a gift on our wedding day. I went into spotlight needing alot of help and luckily Georgie was there to help! Her knowledge of the products and willingness to help and pass on her expertise and advice in helping me find what I needed and understand how to complete my project was second to none. I could not speak more highly of her. My wife and i were so happy with the result. Thanks again Georgie! I will definitely be back!

My first visit and I was impressed.
Much bigger than the store at hoppers crossing and a wider selection of products.

Easy shop, staff are fantastic. Reasonable prices. Little hard to find things when there are clearances.

Sorta like being in an episode of the "Living dead" when l asked a staff member to help me find a item, person tried to be helpful, but did not realise they had no brains

Unfortunately the woman, around 60ish in the fabric department was extremely rude, when I asked a couple of questions she was not happy about answering them and was actually abusive. Such a shame because some (50%) of the staff are lovely.

Give them a looksie if u are after bed linen as they have super comfy stuff there to pick from!

Disorganised curtains area and fabric aisle not what it used to be! Nd Staff would rather gossip then help you figure out what topper to by. Speaking of witch where are the staff. I had to aimlessly wander like zombie just to find someone with a blue apron. I'll be going to Kmart it just across the road.

Was a tad warm and loo was put of action but otherwise a few awesome bargains in my shopping bag.
